Considering this poll is being taken in Madison, I'm surprised he's getting that much support. Madison is extremely liberal, probably has it's own chapter of the Obama fan club.
If I were the governor of Wisconsin, and the teacher's union refused to accept his deal, I would start firing teachers until the budget is met. Remember, that is what Reagan did to the FAA Air Traffic Controllers. They went on strike and he had them fired and more.

Poll meaningless
I doubt that many people in WI or Madison even knew about this poll.
Legitimate scientific polls are showing much different results.
