Rush: ObamaCare Is NOT Falling Apart, Ploy to Make Repeal Harder

I argued in an earlier post that the delays in implementing Obamacare are deliberate. Here is Rush Limbaugh making that argument that it’s all a ploy to make repealing the bill harder if not impossible because too many people will be on the health exchanges.
