“The AG can at any time, and now with the help and cooperation of HSD and Ms. Napolitano, according to this code, send the military to defend our southern border. So what’s the problem? Americans getting kidnapped out of their states, murdered on their land and terrorized daily…..and you don’t see any reason to send our military down there to protect these people? “

USC Title 8……who is charged with defending our borders?

As of about five years ago this code actually read “in the event of an influx of illegal aliens”. Well excuse me, you royal jackass’s….we’ve had an “event”. About 20 million of them by most estimates with more “events” occurring each day; do you think maybe you should do something?

It is the duty and responsibility of these two agencies and officers to defend and secure the borders and coastlines of the United States even against the influx of illegal aliens. Someone isn’t doing their job. Here is an excerpt from USC Title 8 you all might find interesting:

Title 8 Chapter 12: Subchapter 1103

1103. Powers and duties of the Secretary, the Under Secretary, and the Attorney General

5) He shall have the power and duty to control and guard the boundaries and borders of the United States against the illegal entry of aliens and shall, in his discretion, appoint for that purpose such number of employees of the Service as to him shall appear necessary and proper.

(10) In the event the Attorney General determines that an actual or imminent mass influx of aliens arriving off the coast of the United States, or near a land border, presents urgent circumstances requiring an immediate Federal response, the Attorney General may authorize any State or local law enforcement officer, with the consent of the head of the department, agency, or establishment under whose jurisdiction the individual is serving, to perform or exercise any of the powers, privileges, or duties conferred or imposed by this chapter or regulations issued there under upon officers or employees of the Service.

We have suffered successive United States Attorney’s General who failed to perform the duties of their office as prescribed in US Code & Title 8. Although the language has changed significantly, especially during the Bush/Cheney cabal, the US Attorney General is still charged with defending our borders. These may be either coastal or land boundaries.

The AG can at any time, and now with the help and cooperation of HSD and Ms. Napolitano, according to this code, send the military to defend our southern border. So what’s the problem? Americans getting kidnapped out of their states, murdered on their land and terrorized daily…..and you don’t see any reason to send our military down there to protect these people?

But you will sit back and allow millions to cross illegally into the country and march in our streets while at the same time claiming you don’t know where they are. Well, on May 1, 2010 there were a considerable number of them gathered up in well publicized public protests; maybe that news item just slipped by the both of you what with you being so busy spying on lawful US citizens and all.

Considering the number of kidnappings, murders, acts of terrorism committed by drug cartels and numerous other criminals who are preying on our citizens in our border states, one wonders just what it will take to get Mr. Holder and Ms. Napolitano to snap into action? Our southern border is a war zone and our citizens left unprotected while illegal immigrants can protest in our streets and drug cartels can attack our citizens and border patrol.

Our military, instead of being put on the border to defend the US citizens, is instead training to attack Tea Party protesters and any other lawful American citizen or group who dares to register their disgust with the policies of the federal government over the last ten years.

The inaction and refusal of both these agencies and agents to act to defend the states from this massive flow of illegal immigrants is only a reminder that neither of these agencies or their employees work for the people of the (50) united but sovereign states. Both exist to protect the corporate UNITED STATES government, from the states.

You have only to look at the laws passed in the last ten years to know that the greatest threat perceived by the corporate government is not from foreign terrorists, or even from the suspected terrorists from the 14 countries of interest to DHS who have illegally entered the US via the southern border; it’s the sovereign citizens of the (50) states. You can take this to mean that when the color alert level is raised by HSD, it is because a citizen or group of citizens of the (50) states did something the corporate federal government found threatening.

Maybe a Tea Party actually made tea; we don’t know.

I have yet to see any laws passed restricting the rights or liberties of anyone other than US citizens. Illegal aliens aren’t affected by these laws as none of them were written to include them. The laws can’t be applied to them because they are not lawful US citizens. Terrorists don’t give a rats hiney what laws we pass; that is why we call them terrorists. They don’t care about such things.

As the Attorney General’s office (now occupied by Eric Holder) is being absorbed into the behemoth of dysfunctional government bureaucracy we refer to as “Homeland Security” (now under Janet Napolitano), the duties of the General are also being assumed and shared with the Secretary of Homeland Security. Even combined, these agencies are still ineffective and still refusing to protect our country and its citizens.

It seems apparent to me that it would be far better to be an illegal immigrant in this country than a sovereign citizen of any state. At least they appear to have rights and the protection of the corporate federal government.
