IF WAGES AND BENEFITS ARE CUT, THEN CONSUMERS WILL HAVE LESS MONEY AND MORE PEOPLE WILL LOSE THEIR JOB. IF CONSUMERS GET RAISES THEN THEY WILL SPEND MONEY AND NEW JOBS WILL BE CREATED.

WHEN EMPLOYERS DECREASE PAY AND BENEFITS IT COMES AROUND TO BITE EMPLOYERS, BECAUSE WORKERS ARE CONSUMERS. CONSUMERS SUPPORT BUSINESSES.
