The fact that 26 states have quickly joined the Texas lawsuit against Obama's clearly unconstitutional and nationally destructive amnesty decrees shows that Obama is wrong on this issue. While the temporary injunction issued by U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen is good news and helpful to our efforts to stop Obama, we cannot rest for even a day in this battle!



The illegal alien invasion groups are lying and desperately trying to convince their illegals that Hanen's injunction is just a temporary setback and a small bump in the road to their amnesty victory over Americans and our laws. They know that their chances of losing this lawsuit are strong and their plan is to get as many illegals processed as possible before the court case is resolved!

Many of you responded to our earlier request to encourage your state to support the Texas lawsuit against Obama's lawless amnesty orders and your efforts have paid off!

Now it is time for us to take further actions!


Step 1: Please access and distribute ALIPAC's unique state Governor contact list that shows you which states have joined the lawsuit, which states are defending Obama, and which states are not aligned yet. Use the phone numbers, website access, and mailing addresses on our list to deliver our strategic messages!

Step 2: Contact the Governors of each state by phone first and then follow up in writing. It is very important that you call, call, call, and then write something official for them to send by website form, email, fax, mail, or all of the above!

Step 3: Please use our sample strategic messages for each group of states to craft your own distinctive message and customize it to address the Governor of each state by name in your calls and letters.

Message Silent States

"Governor _______, I'm calling/writing to ask you to join the more than 62% of Americans who oppose Obama's lawless amnesty decrees for illegal aliens by joining the Texas lawsuit that 26 states are already a part of. The state of ________ should not remain silent on this matter of national survival as Obama's actions are clearly unconstitutional, clearly not backed by the required legislation, clearly violating numerous existing federal immigration laws designed to protect American jobs and lives, and clearly harmful to America. I hope to hear news soon that the state of _______ has joined the 26 brave states suing to stop Obama and federal employees under his command from committing millions of felonies by helping illegal immigrants obtain documents, jobs, taxpayer benefits, and eventual voting rights which are prohibited by our current laws."

Message to States Defending Obama

"Governor __________, I was highly disappointed to learn that you are leading the state of _______ to defend the Obama administration's lawless amnesty decrees in court although Obama's actions are clearly unconstitutional, clearly not backed by the required legislation, clearly violating numerous existing federal immigration laws designed to protect American jobs and lives, and clearly harmful to America. Certified polls show that more than 62% of America's voters oppose Obama's 'Executive Actions' giving documents, jobs, taxpayer benefits, and eventual voting rights to illegal immigrants all of which are felonies under the current federal laws of the United States! Why have you put the state of _______ on the side of illegal alien invaders against the interests and side of Americans? You should withdraw the state of ________ from defending Obama's dictatorial and totalitarian actions in court immediately!"

Message to States Suing To Stop Obama's Amnesty

"Governor ______________, I am calling/writing to thank you for leading the state of _______ in support of the lawsuit to stop Obama's lawless amnesty edicts for illegal aliens. Obama's actions are clearly unconstitutional, clearly not backed by the required legislation, clearly violating numerous existing federal immigration laws designed to protect American jobs and lives, and clearly harmful to America. Certified polls show that more than 62% of America's voters oppose Obama's 'Executive Actions' giving documents, jobs, taxpayer benefits, and eventual voting rights to illegal immigrants all of which are felonies under the current federal laws of the United States! Please dedicate as many resources as needed to stopping Obama, stopping his amnesty, and stopping illegal immigration into America!"

Step 4: Please contact as many Governors as possible regardless of which state you live in. We need as many Americans as possible to contact all 50 state Governors with our strategic messages. When you ID the current status of your home state, please make sure you reach out to as many state lawmakers as possible to convey our messages to them. You should encourage state lawmakers to put pressure on the Governors of the silent and Obama supporting states to change their status immediately.

So make sure you apply pressure in your home state through state lawmakers and then contact all 50 Governors by phone and in writing!

What the hell is wrong with you Alaska?! Come on! Join the lawsuit. Stand up for your country.

ALIPAC, please note that Nevada should be yellow on the map, they are the 26th state to join the lawsuit. Can you change or fix it or make a note about this in your post? Maybe CIS can fix it and then resend it so it can be posted correctly?

Okay, I contacted CIS and the reason the map is wrong is because it was prepared for an article in the Hill on Jan 16 and Nevada joined the suit on the 26th. They've updated it for me, colored Nevada in with the orange color and I've forwarded that to William, so hopefully our articles can be fixed now or in the near future. Sorry Nevada! But we're working to get you colored in correctly. Thank you CIS for fixing this so quickly for us.

Come on States, lets unite and stop this madness! The feds won't stop it, the States have to be the ones to stop it. States will also have to be the ones to enforce US immigration law. Yes, it's a big job, but it's our job, the states are our states, lets get this done.
