Indeed, the word "race" appears only twice in the 26-page Federal legal brief. Sean Hannity explained on his radio show that DOJ apparently decided that their allegations of possible racial profiling doesn't hold much weight. So they're going with the argument that "Federal law trumps State law".

I wonder if Obama still believes that the new Arizona law allows a police officer to walk-up to a 5-year old kid eating an ice-cream cone, and harass the little tyke because of the color of their skin.

Federal law should not trump state law when the state law IS THE FEDERAL LAW!
