[Watch] Sheriff Babeu – Someone Needs to Stop Obama’s Dictatorial Amnesty Decree

Posted on 3 October, 2014 by Rick Wells

Sheriff Paul Babeu of Pinal County, AZ, is increasingly becoming the face of American law enforcement in the battle between the American citizens attempting to preserve the sovereignty of the United States and the outlaw regime intent on our destruction.
Babeu is a guest on the Neil Cavuto program, and begins by addressing the outright treasonous comments of Nancy Pelosi, refusing to allow a reporter to identify illegals aliens as what they are and diminishing the right and necessity of our nation to have meaningful borders.
He cites the comments of Hussein Obama of two years ago, in which he recognized and stated that he did not have the authority to act unilaterally to grant amnesty, wondering how all of a sudden the powers mysteriously appeared for him out of nowhere.
He describes how Obama is usurping powers that belong to the Congress and how Congress needs to act to stop him. Babeu says, “We as a nation, we live in a Republic. It’s not some dictatorship or they make it up as they go along in a wave of the hand and ‘Shazam,’ whatever they want to do they can do.”
Sheriff Babeu points out that the Democrats “Refuse to call them illegal because they’re looking at these nearly twenty million illegals as citizens.”
Cavuto addresses the “silliness” of this that we won’t even use the proper term to describe the illegal invaders into our country, treating it as if it were a document mix up, then we’re not even appreciating the gravity of the problem. He also notes how this rewards those who do an end-run around our laws at the expense of those who do it the right way.
He adds, “We’re not even defining the problem. Is it any mystery then that we’re not defining a terrorist act as a terrorist act?” He says, “We’re so in to terms that we are hiding reality.”
Sheriff Babeu describes the political correctness as “getting sickening.” He says, “For them to say this is not illegal, then why do we need cops, why do we need laws, why do we need a military? And this is where the leaders in our country have come to a point where they’re not telling the truth, and it’s so easy for us to see.”
Neil wonders if that means that when you round up illegals that “aren’t illegals” if you are rounding up those that are just “undocumented” and for whom it’s just a matter of time before they are legal, then perhaps what the sheriff is doing in enforcing the law is actually, in the perverse world of today, illegal.
Babeu then details an ACLU lawsuit he was served with this week against him and two of his deputies for making a lawful arrest of an illegal alien driving without insurance and without a license in the U.S. and transporting her in accordance with the law to the custody of the Border Patrol.
Babeu closes with a recommendation that the lawmakers and the occupant of the White House follow the Constitution and follow the process to change laws they disagree with, not just to arbitrarily declare them invalid.
