I think its is the same guy as the information is close. The height is on inch off and there is a weight difference of 5 lbs. The hair color is the same as per the picture. He also has aliases so that can account for the small differences in height and weight.

I looked at every region and I think that about 1% of the people listed were born in this country and I would bet that most of the rest are illegals. The most represented country is Mexico.
