    AB 2076 in CA Senate would Prohibit use of E-verify

    Here is the link for you to read the bill and the votes in the CA assembly that passed it.

    It is now in its third reading in the Senate.

    If you are a Californian, please call your CA senator and tell them you do not want this passed.

    Also call the Governors office and tell him the same thing. IF it comes to his desk to please veto it.

    This bill would PROHIBIT THE USE OF E-VERIFY SYSTEM by CITIES, COUNTIES, AND THE STATE for employment purposes including those contracting with those entities.

    The situation out n California has become absolutely rotten the majority of legal immigrants is now former illegal aliens. The state of California is what we are trying to avoid having the United States become.
