I use firefox and I can see the text but its the background that is a problem.

I agree Gogo, that whirlygig hurts my eyes, too. I had Lasik - so maybe that's the problem.
Otherwise, the only thing I would change is the pitch black background. It just seems too harsh. I'd lighten it up a bit. But that's just my preference.

I see a couple of things that might be improved. First, the combination of turquoise writing on a black background is not easy to read. Second, the size of the videos might be reduced so they don't look so "fuzzy."
Also, part of the writing is over the flag and looks too "busy." I'm thinking that the Alipac symbol with the accompanying words could be on one side and the flag on the other. Right now, all he "heaviness" is on the left when you first look at it. I'd like to see the Alicac logo bigger and not so mixed up with all the other information. Also, I like the flag on the page, but the clouds and moon etc. don't really add anything and actually get mixed up with the words.
I love the idea of using MySpace, but I want to see our page have more clarity of design.

i'm the stick in the mud, it looks like a good page .... but... we can't get dsl here (and we are 60 miles outside chi town) we still have dial up. can you do a shadow page with info with less graphics? i have been sitting here at least 10 min and only a fraction of the page has come in. we do not live in a rural area, any longer, so it is my guess that there are more dial up internet users then we as a 'super' nation want to admit.
