I believe you are right. Because this legislaton is not "full blown amnesty", I hope this traitor in chief will not issue an executive order.

We need our own Executive Order. We need it to remove many traitors to this Country that don't work for the people in this Country but work instead for special interests..

Actually, considering the general right to waiver on page 5, line 21 contained therein the NIGHTMARE ACT, a compelling argument could be made this is in fact a "full blown" amnesty.
