My opinion is that Illegal Advocates do NOT want to take Birthright to SCOTUS. They have fought local efforts tooth and nail, but are afraid of the Constitution being actually followed.
They keep citing the SCOTUS decision in the LEGAL Immigrant case where the Asian LEGAL Immigrants went to court to get Citizenship for their kids. After that, the Pro Illegal crowd just pushed birth certificates for ALL illegals. HOWEVER, a baby with TWO illegal parents CANNOT be a citizen by the Constitution. And the Pro Illegals know it! They will do whatever they can do to stop it from going to SCOTUS. Arizona was thinking of banning Birthright to deliberately get it to SCOTUS, but the Libtards squashed it. We REALLY need to get it heard once and for all. BEFORE Obama gets to name ANOTHER Justice!

08-22-2009, 07:54 PM #63You are welcome, and I hope any and all of us can make a difference. I am tired of fighting amnesties/pathways, work visas, birthright, Out of State (Dream Act), year after year.

We will solve these problems, and I for one am ready to be an isolationist. NAU and New World Order can deport too with their company of American Traitors.

Montana would be good, too. Too cold for most South Americans and the same with the North Coast in Alaska. But Australia still has some conservative folks in charge, and they are getting HARD on Illegals. They are seeing OUR problems. Smart People!

RoboTech: I have been trying to round my family and friends close for an exit of our country. Same locations are favorites of mine that you have chosen. Australia is in my ancestry DNA, wonder if they will let me and mine stay more than 30 days.
30 days is a great number to start evicting illegals.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
