This land was NOT stolen! We DEFEATED Mexico in the WAR of 1846-48, were AWARDED this land by terms of the 1848 TREATY of GUADALUPE-HIDALGO, and PAID Mexico $15 MILLION DOLLARS for it!

According to a court order in AZ, an additional 2500 per year per pupil HAS TO BE spent for non-English speaking students. The average cost per pupil (English speaking) is about $10,000 per year, non-English speaking, $12,500.

Bush probably thinks we lost the Mexican-American war, and that we stole this land from Mexico...why else would he keep trying to give it back to them....
