    This is a story about a lawsuit which was filed against Homeland Security. So at least we know it can be done.

    Maybe we should sue Chertoff for malfeasance and possibly misfeasance. He refuses to carry out his duties to the people of the U.S.

    We need a petition with a few hundred names on to get the ACLU to take the case!!!! What do you think?

    I quired some lawyers about suing the federal government over illegal immigration............ here was the answer I got.

    YES! you can sue the federal government .............

    Chance of winning........... Slim to none...........
