This is Oregons current wins and losses, and some are not yet fully counted. It would appear we have a Republican governor, but I don't want to be presumptuous, as it is so close right now. Although a Dem in one district has held a seat in the House, Peter DeFazio, for the most part he has shown himself to be more independent in his efforts there. My district is stuck with Blumenauer, a liberal, maybe a nice pleasant guy, but a liberal nonetheless.

UPDATE: Oregons governor race...The Oregonian predicts that John Kitzhaber (D) wins by a small margin.....4 more years of failure, well, what else could do this state in now? Maybe with Oregons economy on the brink of tanking from failed tax and spend liberals, the liberal citizenry will move elsewhere and leave Oregon, again, for the real Oregonians, and we can finally have our state back."In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, Brave, Hated, and Scorned. When his cause succeeds however, the timid join him, For then it costs nothing to be a Patriot."
