There would be A LOT of Rep and Dems registering as an Independant to vote for Paul.

Many people can't stand McCain or Hillary.

    Ron Paul on Independent ticket

If Ron Paul were to run on an independent ticket he would do very well because anyone from any party can vote for anyone they want in the general election. I know a lot of democrats who would have voted for Ron Paul if he didn't have that R attached to him. Of course all the Ron Paul current supporters would vote for him. He would get most of the libertarians and there are MANY, and I know green party people who would vote for him. I think it would be great..but he says he wont' run independent.

I went on a gambling site and it was suggested that he may just run as an independant! I am with him all the way.

I don't support RP, and think he is not really our answer on illegal immigration, but that's besides the point.....Guys, Paul has said on numerous occasions that he will not run as an indy. Its time to get over Paul. Once the general election comes, we need to vote for someone who is actually running for president. We need to vote for the Constitution Party candidate.

Ron Paul is running for president and BTW he is a strict constitutionalist.

Your making a mistake by discounting him. This election is far from over and who knows what will happen.

    Ron Paul...

Ron Paul is going to the convention. He has delegates and will collect more. There will be a brokered convention..and I am standing with him all the way, as are the rest of the Ron Paul supporters. I hope he would run independent and most of us will write him in if he doesn't get the nomination. So...ya'll can do whatever you want. We are collecting more and more Ron Paul supporters every day ...he had 5000 new contributors on his last money bomb.

If the MSM and so called Republicans continue to deny Ron Paul his due I'm sure he will run Independent he has my vote.
