He’s finally done it. After threatening for years to do so, Barack Hussein Obama has announced his plan. He will give amnesty to at least 5 million illegal aliens, unilaterally, brazenly and despite the American people’s repudiation of the idea in this month’s election. You think he’s going to let something like an election stop him? He expects this amnesty to make the payback dream that he has been nurturing since he was knee-high to his communist mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, a reality.


Of course, like the other essential ingredient in his “remade” America, Obamacare, he knows he can’t be transparent about his amnesty. Let us never forget the immortal words of Obamacare architect and very well-paid liar, Prof. Jonathan Gruber, “Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage.” Or as I have often put it here at Clash Daily, the Left lies because that’s the only way they can win. Gruber’s mistake was giving up the con.


This lawless amnesty scheme is no exception. For the last week, Obama has been using his amazing obfuscation and dissembling skills to run another big con, the ultimate racket, to deliver the coup de grace to racist Amerika by changing its demographics. Yes, Joe Wilson, you were right. He lies. Then he lies some more. A perfect example was his November 20 address to the nation, a televised Constitution burning. Let’s enjoy some highlights, whoppers that he has proceeded to repeat ever since.


“Today we have more agents and technology deployed to secure our southern border than at any time in our history. And over the past six years illegal border crossings have been cut by more than half.”

Obama’s statement assumes that it’s possible to know how many “illegal border crossings” there are, but of course that’s not true, unless one had the ability to track not only those who were apprehended but those who successfully snuck across. Perhaps since he can read the thoughts of people who don’t vote, the Dear Reader does have that ability, but it’s not likely.


The 2014 preliminary data for the Southwest Border suggests that the actual decline is 32%. Why is Barack Obama, in an attempt to justify his lawless action, citing a misleading statistic? He’s trying to say that he has been working to secure the border, and that his efforts have been successful. Both of these statements are bald-face lies. His whole act would be a hilarious if it weren’t so dangerous to law-abiding Americans.


Obama has been saying that he’s done a bang-up job securing the border for at least the last 3 and 1/2 years. In a May, 2010 speech, he said that his administration has “strengthened border security beyond what many believed was possible” and that the border fence “is now basically complete.” He made these absurd assertions despite the fact that only 33.7 miles of the 700 miles of fence mandated by the Secure Fence Act of 2006 had been completed by that time, and despite the fact that just 3 months earlier, at a February 15 hearing before the House Subcommittee on Border and Maritime Security, Chair Candice Miller announced that, according to the Government Accountability Office (GAO), U.S. Customs and Border Protection maintains operational control of only 69 of the roughly 4,000 miles along the northern border and only 873 of the almost 2,000 miles along the southwestern border.


In addition, beginning with the first in a series of 3 memos (first one here, second one here, third one here), ICE Director John Morton made clear that the administration had no desire to prevent illegals from entering the United States. These memos directed ICE agents to refrain from enforcing our immigration laws against various classes of people, including the so-called DREAMers and people engaging in “protected activity” like protesting their treatment while in this rotten country. Gee, I thought they were all “living in the shadows.”


Then there’s the fact that regime has sued several states who have attempted to enforce federal immigration laws (Arizona, Utah, Alabama, South Carolina). If he shares the desire of officials in these states to protect the border, why sue them for doing it?


Border security under this bunch is a bad joke.


“Although this summer there was a brief spike in unaccompanied children being apprehended at our border, the number of such children is actually lower than it’s been in nearly two years.”

This one is a real laugh riot. Not only is the Obama administration not attempting to secure the border, it is actually facilitating the felonious activities of human traffickers, and it was doing so repeatedly long before the issue of these UAC’s (Unaccompanied Alien Children) showed up on most people’s radar this summer.


Consider this case, in which Judge Andrew S. Hanen, issued an order stating: “This Court is quite concerned with the apparent policy of the Department of Homeland Security of completing the criminal mission of individuals who are violating the border security of the United States.” Judge Hanen said this case was the fourth such case he has adjudicated involving illegals in the U.S. paying someone to bring children into the U.S., and the government’s helping to complete the transaction. When the One is bragging about his success, demonstrated by the decline in the number of illegal children charging the border, does he include the kids being smuggled in by traffickers on a case-by-case basis and assisted by the U.S. government at taxpayer expense, which has been apparently happening for a quite a while? Or is that a question that we’re not supposed to ask?


“If you register, pass a criminal background check and you’re willing to pay your fair share of taxes, you’ll be able to apply to stay in this country temporarily without fear of deportation.”

As if, as in, as if there are enough federal bureaucrats on the planet to do background checks on 5+million people, even if the Obama regime wanted to do so, which it doesn’t. How do I know? According to a report by the Department of Homeland Security Inspector General, USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) officials pressured employees to approve applications that should have been denied and employees believe they do not have enough time to complete interviews of applicants. We’re supposed to believe that DHS is going to conduct actual, credible background checks? Perhaps we also believe in the Tooth Fairy.


What exactly is an illegal alien’s “fair share of taxes?” Do we use the honor system to determine how much income a busboy who has been paid cash? Do we seriously believe that low-skilled laborers will actually pay taxes, or will they file a return simply to get a check from the taxpayers due to the Earned Income Tax Credit?


“That’s why over the past six years deportations of criminals are up 80 percent, and that’s why we’re going to keep focusing enforcement resources on actual threats to our security. Felons, not families. Criminals, not children.”

As far as deportations go, and the myth that Obama is the “deporter in chief,” uh no, not exactly. From the National Review, describing the analysis of Jessica Vaughn of the Center for Immigration Studies:

In her testimony on April 8, Vaughan noted that, contrary to the administration’s claims, the number of illegal-immigrant removals has dropped 40 percent since June 2011, when ICE director John Morton issued the first of several directives outlining significant changes to the agency’s enforcement policies. “There has been a significant decline in enforcement activity as measured by the number of removals,” Vaughan says.
Deportations specifically of illegal immigrants convicted of a crime — individuals the administration says it has prioritized for removal — are similarly down, almost 40 percent since June 2011, Vaughan found. And that decline has occurred despite a significant increase in the number of illegal immigrants referred to ICE after being arrested for crimes. “There are certainly enough illegal aliens out there, especially enough criminal illegal aliens, that their numbers should be going up, not down,” Vaughan says. “So they appear to be giving a lot of free passes to people who are a public-safety problem, beyond the fact that they are here illegally.”

Say what? But wait, there’s more. The Obama administration has released thousands of criminal illegals. From the Center for Immigration Studies:

In 2013, ICE freed 36,007 convicted criminal aliens from detention who were awaiting the outcome of deportation proceedings, according to a document obtained by the Center for Immigration Studies. This group included aliens convicted of hundreds of violent and serious crimes, including homicide, sexual assault, kidnapping, and aggravated assault. The list of crimes also includes more than 16,000 drunk or drugged driving convictions. The vast majority of these releases from ICE custody were discretionary, not required by law (in fact, in some instances, apparently contrary to law), nor the result of local sanctuary policies.

I have only scratched the surface of the deceitful remarks that Obama and his mouthpieces are repeating as they pitch this destructive, illegal change in our immigration policies. Stay tuned for more.
