Someone correct me if I'm wrong, typing fast.. sounds like he will vote yes on cloture tomorrow *(*&!)

He said he has an amendment -- to strike citizenship/pathway to citizenship --and wants vote on that..he has strong record against that

if the plug is pulled on this, he will oppose cloture

unless the bill is cleaned up significantly...

-if amendment voted down, will oppose cloture on final (??)vote.

radio host said it "makes sense to bring it to the floor."..

    he wants solid fence

**so it sounds like he will vote yes on cloture tomorrow, but if his amendment voted down, will vote no on cloture next ???

(of course this amendment will not pass)

But host said afterwards, he will oppose cloture (but not fully clear if this means tomorrow or second cloture vote)

sorry, host didn't specifically ask if he will vote yes or no on cloture tomorrow...

Plans to vote for Cloture, unless his amendment passes, which would end the amnesty provisions.

With all probility, Bond will vote against cloture.

yes, subsitute host said Bond "intends to be against cloture unless his amendment passes (pathway to citizenship stricken) ..no way this amendment will pass, so it looks as though Sen. Bond may oppose cloture..''

*so it sounds like he will vote no on cloture on the second cloture vote if his amedment doesn't pass (but yes on the first cloture vote).

please clarify: If they vote on his amendment, doesn't this mean that he is for cloture tomorrow???

ok, host is attempting to clarify...there are 11 GOP amnedments, 11 Dem amendments, after these are heard there is the cloture vote..Anyone?

    Think im following here.

IN a nutshell, if his ammendment passes, he will vote yes.
If it does not pass, he will vote no.
