A look at how the UAE treats its "guest workers"
... and these are the same guest workers the UAE wants to ship to the US if an international lobby can change the World Trade Organization's rules on migrant workers:

The United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) is a destination country for women trafficked primarily from South, Southeast, and East Asia, the former Soviet Union, Iran and other Middle Eastern countries, and East Africa, for the purpose of sexual exploitation. A far smaller number of men, women, and teenage children were trafficked to the U.A.E. to work as forced laborers. Some South Asian and East African boys were trafficked into the country and forced to work as camel jockeys. Some were sold by their parents to traffickers, and others were brought into the U.A.E. by their parents.
Migrant workers comprise nearly 90 percent of the workforce in the private sector in the UAE. Workers are denied even basic rights, confiscate their passports and residence permits or deliberately let residence permits expire, restricting their freedom of movement and ability to report mistreatment. many of them are silently accept the exploitation and deprivation of their rights because they view themselves as powerless and have little recourse for labour abuses.
