This morning, President Felipe Ca*ron, received a delegation of US clerical officials, representing the full spectrum of religious institutions in the US, to discuss their petition for aid to displaced Americans under the onslaught of illegal aliens from Mexico and from other nations using Mexico as a transit point.

The President, while sympathetic to the plight of the shrinking middle class in the US, told the delegation that Mexico cannot take full responsibility for this situation, and that most US politicians and certain corporate elites and the hypocritically sanctimonious churches must share the blame. Sr. Cabron reiterated that democratic Mexico cannot stand in the way of its most industrious and resourceful worker class to seek better returns for their efforts within our subsidiary, the US economy. Fortuitously, the return to Mexico, having reduced its poverty levels to historic lows, has been the result of a brilliantly planned and executed strategy, allowing millions of “humildes” to contribute about a billion dollars a month to the Mexican economy, (more than our most productive educated elite), instead of costing Greater Mexico millions in health, schooling, law-enforcement and other infrastructure moneys.

However, in a gesture of goodwill toward our compassionate but naïve northern neighbor, Mexico will earmark 1% of these remittances for DAMYANK (Displaced Anglo Middleclass Yankees), (the word ‘gringos’ is too demeaning) a fund for displaced English-only Americans. A proportional Mexico-US Committee will flesh out the details on the use of these friendship funds … mañana.

In the meantime, the sovereign and generous people of Greater Mexico are very pleased to issue a consolation prize in the form of a MATRICULA CONSOLATRIX for the affected Americans. The credit-card sized “matricula” will incorporate state-of-the-art technology, certifying that only native-born, Anglo-Americans avail themselves of this Mexican largesse. Applicants for this card will have to provide a notarized original birth certificate, provide all ten fingerprints (footprints in the case of infants), a frontal and lateral passport-sized picture (properly-groomed head and torso only), iris and facial scans, stand for a thorough background check (including all extended family members) which will be handled by the customer-friendly, ingles-speaking agents at your convenient neighborhood office of our national Chain of Mexican Consulates. Of course, the applicant must prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that he/she does not have the resources and that he/she was somehow badly affected by the presence of our good-hearted citizens…. and never uttered the insulting words “axis of amnesty”. The code word for this card will be: AZTLAN (but lower case).

No decision has yet been made about the obligation of US citizens to become proficient in the Spanish language under this world-class social assistance program. An added bonus for the holder of such a card is the fact that said holder will be allowed 3 visits to Mexico per year, each limited to 7 days in specified resort cities, (3 card punches and you’re out). Such visitors, we are glad to confirm, will not have to have a Mexican guide during such visits, unless the Mexican government determines that such visitor might be a national security risk, or insult us with horrible Spanish skills.

Discussion or derision of this matter, in public or in private, in any of the contiguous 48 states, by non-Mexicans is strictly forbidden.

Separately, the Chief Executive announced from Los Pinos, that a strong protest has been lodged with the US State Department demanding that the US introduce, without delay, a new immigration police force that will a) round up all racist minutemen, b) enforce our rule about non-Mexicans entering the US successfully, and deport such undesirables forthwith. The Mexican people do not appreciate the unfair competition from cheap labor from Africa, Asia or even the Caribbean …. Before you know it, the Barbarians will be again at our gates. Mexico graciously allows a maximum of 5.5% participation from other Latino countries, but no more!, provided that their European-white population #%%*((I*)%+_*%#$. These restrictions will be mercilessly, but humanely, enforced.

The sovereign government of Greater Mexico reserves its precious right to change or amend these rules as it sees fit at any time, without prior notice.

Lou Dobbs today stated that the NAFTA HIGHWAY is proceeding without involvement by Congress nor by the public.... how can that be possible under our constitutional principle of "Advice and Consent", "Checks and Balances"????

The BP website states that there are 325 POEs in the US.... Ports Of Entry.... but I can't find out how many POEs on the Mexican and Canadian borders.... anyone know this figure?

according to DHS website there are 41 legal ports of entry on the US-Mexico line, about 75 on the northern border. So both have a legal entry point avery 50 miles or so....
