This attorney [Patrick Papalia] has been harassing innocent American bloggers who have been trying to expose the illegal slumdog slave trade.

Write this guy and flood him with emails letting him know what you think of him.

This guy is an attorney and he's never heard of the 1st Amendment?

Besides, endh1b.com was merely reposting a comment made on some other person's blog. Since when is that making a "defamatory statement"?

Are news sites responsible for what others do merely because they report what someone else might have said?

    We don't think so.

UPDATE: Apex, which is Papalia's client, is now suing endh1b.com for the mere exercise of free speech on its website.

If I were APEX's clients I'd think twice about using an outsourcer which is opposed to American ideals such as free speech and which is most likely breaking numerous U.S. laws such as Title 8, Setion 1182, not to mention almost certain visa fraud.

Since millions of qualifed Americans are out of work, and since APEX admits to employing foreign nationals, APEX is clearly in violation of Title 8, Section 1182, which states that any foreign national who adversely affects the wages or working conditions of Americans is an INADMISSIBLE ALIEN.

APEX's CEO is himself probably an inadmissible alien under Section 8, Title 1182 since he is engaged in employing other inadmissible aliens while qualified Americans are out of work, which is illegal.

Someone needs to sue APEX and subpoena their employment records to find out how many Americans they employ.

BTW, doesn't the CEO's rug look pretty bad?
