Before one starts singing Ding Dong the Witch is Dead, we have to realize that the wicked witch of the east maybe replaced by the even more evil Wicked Witch of the East (Middle East, I should say). Today news has been released that the ever hated Department of Defense Power Czar, Janet Napolitano has decided to step down from her throne of the most powerful agency in the government, the Department of Homeland Security.

But, rumors a more divisive individual, may be ready to accept his/her new authority with relish, none other than Valerie Jarrett or Dick Durbin of Illinios.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, who led the Department of Homeland Security through a host of policy changes since appointment by President Obama in 2009, is resigning to head the University of California system. Napolitano will become the president of the University of California system, which includes UCLA and the University of California, Berkeley, among other campuses.

“The opportunity to work with the dedicated men and women of the Department of Homeland Security, who serve on the front lines of our nation’s efforts to protect our communities and families from harm, has been the highlight of my professional career,” she said in a statement. “After four plus years of focusing on these challenges, I will be nominated as the next president of the University of California to play a role in educating our nation’s next generation of leaders.

”Am I the only one who has chills running down their spine to think this Marxist will now be in charge of indoctrination of the most progressive and money powered educational system of the United States?From day one of Napolitano’s reign she has with the DHS she has turned an agency developed in response to 9-11 from a national monitoring system into a monster with tentacles into every aspect of American citizen’s lives.

Originally DHS was devised by President Bush to secure borders and traffic coming in and out of the country that could present a terrorist threat to the United States.

The metamorphosis of this agency has become in itself a shadow government, reporting to Obama exclusively.

Records are quickly disappearing from our transparent government as to the true nature of spending. USAspending.gov, which was established to allow the American citizens to watchdog the requisition of moneys from the Treasury, has been recently taken down, despite a law dictating its existence.

In the last years of Bush’s terms 15.0 billion was spent in 2007, and in 2008 18.3 billion. Since the election of Obama and his appointment of Napolitano, dramatic increases, undisclosed to Americans, to the tune of 461 billion (2009), 250.3 billion (2010), 1.283 trillion (2011), and another 1.2 trillion in 2012 spent by the Department of Homeland Security.

Obama shifted in 2011, the funds and assets of FEMA to the control and discretion of DHS, as well as our Coast Guard. Since that assignment, the full face value of all flood insurance policies held have been cashed in twice and deposited into the general funds of DHS. General contracts which carry the heaviest part of expenses with the DHS have been made to companies such as Lockheed Martin, with references to the expenditures as security, and internet infrastructure. Reason being, the arming of the DHS private civilian army that Obama intended in his speech of July, 2008, when he stated that Americans could no longer “…continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set.

We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.” Most Americans, swooned by his words, never heeded the true meaning of his intentions.The “mainstream” media avoided asking any questions about his promise to create a “civilian security force” with a proposed $440 billion annual budget.

Obama made it sound as though most of the members would be volunteers. Today the media still remains silent despite the trillion point two dollar budget it currently is spending.

In the almost 5 years since Obama’s frightening pledge to put a powerful, unidentified force in charge of “national security,” the American public has discovered that:

• Obama has never again repeated the terms “civilian national security force,” it is obvious that the Department of Homeland Security is filling that role in the Obama Regime.
• DHS and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have purchased more than 650 million rounds of .40 cal. hollow point ammunition. Hollow points are expensive and wholly unnecessary for range use. It seems members of the DHS are to be armed—well armed. At the same time, Mr. Obama is working to see to it that the American people are NOT.
• Immigration services and enforcement budgets at DHS were nearly $20 billion in 2010. Yet the Mexican-U.S. border was guarded by a “virtual fence” which leaked illegal aliens like a sieve. The estimates on the conservative media range in 11 million illegal aliens now currently residing within our borders, but more realistic numbers are hitting closer to 30 million. Not all of these illegals are here for work; many are here for nefarious reasons of illicit drug trade, human trafficking, and gang related crimes. Some 4-5.5 million foreigners have overstayed their Visa’s in the US, yet just 8,100 arrests have been made by the DHS. The Boston Bombers are a prime example of foreigners being let into this country by the DOJ and DHS. Even when reliable sources warned the government of the possible terrorist threats, the case was dropped and people died.

In October of 2012, Barack Obama signed an Executive Order creating the “White House Homeland Security Partnership Council,” its ostensible purpose to “…advance the federal government’s use of local partnerships to address homeland-security challenges.” But the DHS was ALREADY working with local governments across the nation.

Why would Obama intercede in this way?“he wanted to be able to dictate who gets to participate in these local partnerships – and they don’t have to be local law enforcement or local government officials to do so.

These partnerships will be with ‘the private sector, nongovernmental organizations, foundations and community-based organizations.’ All of whom will be handpicked by Obama and those federal bureaucrats he appoints.”

The National Defense Authorization Act empowers Obama to determine who represents a threat to the United States and to have that individual detained and imprisoned. And the Executive Order he signed allows the president to select like-thinking “deputies” nationwide, authorized to act on Obama’s behalf.

These men will have little or no concern for the security of the United States. Rather, they will be working exclusively to increase the power of the president by threatening and intimidating his political enemies.

Barack Obama is at last building his Civilian National Security Force. It consists of a thoroughly corrupt organization of the far left, employed by the DHS and empowered by the president himself to ignore the Constitution and the laws of the United States. Representing the 3rd largest department in the federal government, these DHS forces of a constitutionally ineligible president are working to implement a police state, a dictatorship in which all “rights” will derive from the sole authority of Barack Obama.

So, the question is now that the Wicked Witch from the West, Napolitano has moved on to the progressive sector to control and indoctrinate American Youth. Who shall Obama the wizard behind the iron curtain of Washington, D.C. Choose to be his head liaison and Czar of oppression and destruction of American civil liberties and inalienable rights?

Rumors are flying as to who Obama will select to wield the department of the government that answers only to him. I am afraid, that the Wicked Witch from the East (Middle East) shall be chosen, the Iranian headmistress herself, Valerie Jarrett.

Granted this is only a rumor, but DHS has always been under her thumb and authority in its expansion and development. Openly declared as “Obama’s Brain”, and the figure whose second story West Wing office has been described by political insiders as the true Oval Office of the Obama White House, Valerie Jarrett who let it be known that if Obama secured the election in 2012, there would be literally, hell to pay for those who opposed him.

Leaked to the New York Insider, one of the Obama campaign representatives said that Jarrett told them the week before the election,“After we win this election, it’s our turn. Payback time.

Everyone not with us is against us and they better be ready because we don’t forget. The ones who helped us will be rewarded; the ones who opposed us will get what they deserve. There is going to be hell to pay. Congress won’t be a problem for us this time. No election to worry about after this is over and we have two judges ready to go.” Make no mistake; Barack Obama has every intention of imposing his will on the American public by creating a Marxist dictatorship during this second term.

It’s difficult to conceive of an American president deliberately arming a federal force for the purpose of killing and enslaving the American people. But with his Iranian head adviser in a key position, and the Chicago mob at his back it is a foreseeable event in the very near future.
