Note To Illegals: Rape An American, Go Home Free!

New member here, first time posting...

The story I've pasted below was in the Texarkana Gazette yesterday. What an outrage! As far as I'm concerned, the judge and prosecutor are worse than the rapist.

I find it totally disgusting that a ILLEGAL ALIEN may come here, commit rape, and get a free ride back to Mexico, with less than a slap on the hand.

Wonder how many rapes he's committed so far? Want to bet he'll be back with a new name next month?

I emailed the story to Fox, not sure they'll pick it up. If anyone here can get some exposure for these cockroaches, I'd appreciate it!

A Mexican citizen who had been living in Texarkana, Ark., will be deported to his native country now that he has been convicted of sexual assault.
Eduardo Labrada, 20, pleaded guilty with the help of an interpreter Tuesday before Miller County Circuit Judge Kirk Johnson. After being sentenced by Johnson to five years probation, he was escorted from the courtroom by an agent with the Immigration and Nationalization Service.

Even if Labrada had been in the country legally, the felony conviction would have made him ineligible for residency in the U.S. as a noncitizen.

    Hey, we got them too...

Inmate from Reedley charged with rape
In prison for molesting a 12-year-old, he faces charges involving girl, 10.

A Reedley man who is in prison for child molestation and statutory rape of a 12-year-old girl has been charged with raping a 10-year-old girl after DNA evidence linked him to the crime, authorities said Tuesday.

One count of rape and two other related charges were filed Monday against Rene Romero Arroyo, 23, said Bob Ellis, a Fresno County assistant district attorney.

Arroyo is accused of attacking the 10-year-old in her home on El Dorado Avenue in Reedley on July 3, 2006.

The girl was alone in the home, said Todd Lowery, a Reedley police sergeant. The girl's mother had been gone a few minutes, and the girl was waiting for her baby sitter when a man knocked at the door, Lowery said.

The girl answered, and the man forced his way in, he said. The man reportedly told the girl he knew her father and was looking for a job.

After the attack, the girl broke free and locked herself inside the bathroom until she heard the baby sitter arrive.

Lowery said a full-scale investigation ensued, including collecting DNA evidence found at the crime scene. Detectives also used a forensic sketch artist who had worked with the FBI on other cases to sit down with the girl to make a sketch of the rapist, he said.

Posters of the sketch were distributed throughout the city, and a number of tips were received, but then the case went cold, Lowery said.

On May 31, however, the department received a call from the U.S. Department of Justice about a tentative match on the DNA evidence found at the crime scene, Lowery said. The evidence pointed to Arroyo, an inmate at Wasco State Prison.

Lowery said a records check revealed that Reedley detectives had arrested Arroyo on Sept. 21 as a suspect in the child molestation and statutory rape of a 12-year-old Reedley girl.

Lowery said Arroyo pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to three years in prison.

Arroyo's DNA was collected when he was processed into prison, and the findings were sent to the Justice Department's DNA data bank. Based on the tentative match, Lowery said, detectives obtained a court order for another DNA sample from Arroyo.

A second Justice Department analysis of the DNA confirmed the initial findings, Lowery said.

Reedley police turned the case over to the Fresno County District Attorney's Office several weeks ago.

Charges against Arroyo were filed Monday.

"We were pretty lucky to get a DNA hit on him," Lowery said.

Oh, the illegals here commit rape often, and usually the sentences are too light, but no prison sentence for rape? ONLY 5 years PROBATION and sent home to Mexico? (Which means no probation, just freedom.)

Is it acceptable to post phone numbers here for the Judge's and Prosecuting Attorney's offices? You know, just so some citizens can give them a performance review?

Absolutely...give us all names and contact information that you have. Many of us here will consider it our civic duty to let these incompetent judges and prosecutors know how American citizens feel about them.

Bill O'Reilly was hitting hard on this for awhile. Maybe he would take it up again or maybe John Gibson. I know Neil Cavuto has Tancredo on a lot.

In America Only American's go to jail and have to obey the laws! Didin't you know that. Everyone else is special! Special sentence's, exceptions to the laws. I read a few months ago a murderer from Mexico usually only serves a few months maybe a year tops then is deported this is common practice in our court systems. Cant have to many illegals for head counts in our prison's wouldn't look good, When they are all here to do the work American's don't want to do! Same ole S---.

It costs the taxpayers for their imprisonment so they deport them.

It costs us anyway, I say prosecute the crap out of them, then deport them after they've served their sentence. Except of course if they are executed.
