You have to get involved in your local party organization for that. Show up to montly meetings, talk to local afficials at these meetings. Become a member, help out with their events and get more people like you to show up. If you do this you will gradually affect and then finally control your local party (democrat or republican). I have started doing this and you guys need to also if you want to make your selves heard and in charge.

So if your a republican , find out when the next local republican clup meeting is and go. If your a democrat, then do the same.

We have to get involved outside of the internet.

Make sure you include Mitch McConnell in your phone calls against the Dream Act amnesty on Monday and next week. The pro-amnesty forces have been blitzing him (and other leaders) with phone calls as they know he is key.

Well, we've heard it now from them and on another post that Mitch McConnell is the key. He can block some amendments from being attached which would make the necessary quorom 60 rather than 50. Start calling his offices in Kentucky and DC early Monday morning.

    I've sent all my emails.
Calderon was absolutely right when he said...."Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico".

Get a load of this bull "c' from one of the Mexifornia traitors. She emailed me after I had numbersusa send her a scathing fax:

    Dear Friend:

Thank you for your e-mail message and for your interest in public policy.

In order to better serve the 36 million residents of California, I am now using an e-mail system located on my Senate website. This system enables me to provide more and better responses to you and other constituents while saving taxpayer dollars. (Unfortunately, limited resources do not allow me to respond to e-mails generated by third-party organizations.) By third party e-mails, she's talking about numbersusa and capswiz!

If you would like a reply to your message, I encourage you to visit my website e-mail system at http://boxer.senate.gov/contact/email/policy.cfm. Simply fill in the fields, type in your message, and click “Submitâ€

    Latest insight from opposition:

Ok so we need 60 right?! We have 45 Democrats so that means we need 15 Republicans.. They should support us.. Stevens, Murkowski, McCain, Kyl, Craig or Johnson, Crapo, Lugar,Brownback, Snowe, Collins, Hagel, Voinovich, Specter, Graham, Hatch, Warner (Already 16).... There are several more that should also support us as Domenici, Cochran etc.. I cannot see us losing this vote, i just cant
