Obama May Have Been Elected With Illegal Votes

    OCTOBER 28, 2014

A large number of non-citizens cast ballots in U.S. elections and it’s possible that the illegal votes were responsible for President Obama’s 2008 victory, according to an in-depth academic study that confirms Judicial Watch’s assessment that foreign nationals have helped Democrats steal elections.

Non-citizens tend to favor Democrats and Obama won more than 80% of the votes of non-citizens in the 2008 sample gathered by the Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES), a large-scale academic survey project operated by teams of researchers from across the country. In fact, enough ineligible voters cast ballots in 2008 to conceivably account for Democratic victories in a few close elections, CCES researchers found. A respected Ivy League professor is coordinator of the CCES which has produced national sample surveys, stratified by state and type of district, in every federal election since 2006. This allows the optimal study of congressional and state races as well as an ideal setting for understanding the relationship between the congressional and presidential elections.

The CCES is an esteemed and highly respected operation that recently published shocking information, gathered from big social science survey datasets, that supports Judicial Watch’s work in this area. In 2012 JW launched the Election Integrity Project, a widespread legal campaign to clean up voter registration rolls and support election integrity measures across the country. Our investigations immediately uncovered data that proved voter rolls in a number of states—including Mississippi, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri, Texas, Florida, California and Colorado—contained the names of individuals who are ineligible to vote.

Now the CCES confirms this, specifically that large numbers of foreign nationals vote in U.S. elections. The “participation was large enough to plausibly account for Democratic victories in a few close elections,” according to a mainstream newspaper article written by two of the political science college professors that conducted the study. “Non-citizen votes could have given Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health-care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress,” the researchers write. “Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) won election in 2008 with a victory margin of 312 votes. Votes cast by just 0.65 percent of Minnesota non-citizens could account for this margin. It is also possible that non-citizen votes were responsible for Obama’s 2008 victory in North Carolina. Obama won the state by 14,177 votes, so a turnout by 5.1 percent of North Carolina’s adult non-citizens would have provided this victory margin.”

Most non-citizens do not register, let alone vote. But enough do that their participation can change the outcome of close races, the professors confirm. More than 14 percent of non-citizens in both the 2008 and 2010 samples indicated that they were registered to vote and some actually voted. Based upon extrapolations from the portion of the sample with a verified vote, 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008 and 2.2 percent of non-citizens voted in 2010. This is outrageous, to say that least, and illustrates the need to clean up voter rolls in this country.

“This is a major story and confirms JW’s working theory that foreign nationals illegally vote in federal elections in large numbers and have allowed Democrats, including this president, to steal elections,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “This is why the Left does not want voter ID, loves same day registration, by mail voting, etc. and craves amnesty and open borders. It is not about the Hispanic vote – it is about the illegal alien vote (and the legal alien vote), it is about stealing elections. Makes all the talk about targeting, messaging, issues, candidates, and policy seem quaint.”

From 2010. Yes, illegals voted in Nevada and they had a lot of help.

Nevada Hispanics duped by Harry Reid to gain re-election

By Steve Miller December 18, 2010

During the Nevada U.S. Senate campaign, incumbent Senator Harry Reid repeatedly told Nevada Hispanics to register to vote, then re-elect him in order for the Dream Act to pass.

However, Reid never told his new found voters that he had full knowledge that the Dream Act had no chance of passing even in a Democratic controlled Senate and Congress.

While Harry Reid desperately campaigned for reelection in Nevada, he promised immigration activists that he would bring the Dream Act to the Senate floor for a vote this year, but he did not promise it would pass.
His new found supporters were being duped.

In the meantime, Las Vegas casino companies including Harrah’s and MGM bussed thousands of Hispanic union workers to the polls, many suspected of being in America illegally.

Their votes overwhelmed the votes of long-time Nevada citizens.

This may have occurred because Nevada’s lax online voter registration laws merely ask the applicant to click “Si” to confirm U.S. citizenship without election officials being required to confirm if the answer is correct.

For the first time in Nevada history, the November 2, 2010 polls were packed with voters who could not speak or read the English language.

    From: Online Voter registration

It’s more than possible that thousands of Las Vegas’ illegal immigrants falsified their online voter registrations believing that Senator Reid’s influence would prevent their being prosecuted under NRS 293.800.

    They were probably correct!

Nevada Attorney General Katherine Cortez Masto has been accused of violating her oath of office in order to protect campaign contributors.

It’s no surprise that she would have little interest in confirming whether thousands of illegal aliens just re-elected one of her friends who is supported by the same casinos and gamblers that supported her.

Reid is now trying to say that “the Republicans” were responsible for the failure of the Dream Act.
Let’s hope our Latino population is not fooled again.

The majority of members of both houses today voted down the Dream Act, and that majority are members of Reid’s own political party of which he’s the purported majority leader.

For those who were just duped by Harry Reid, Sen. Lindsey Graham today said: “We are not going to pass the Dream Act or any other immigration bill [until] we secure our borders.”

THOUSANDS OF ILLEGAL ALIENS VOTED IN COLORADO

    By: Tony Lee
    4/6/2011

On Meet The Press on Sunday, elitist liberal pundit E.J. Dionne sniped that as America changes demographically, Republicans would attempt to prevent minorities from voting so that Republicans can hold on to power. Dionne forgot that Republicans do not want to prevent minorities from voting but merely want to prevent illegals from illegally breaking the law and voting in local, state, and federal elections and stealing them for Democrats.

Colorado Secretary of State Scott Gessler testified on March 31 testified before the Committe on House Administration regarding the possibility that thousands of illegal voters voted in Colorado’s election.

Gessler said that a study his office undertook “indicate Colorado has a problem. Individuals who have presented proof of non-citizenship during transactions with the Colorado Department of Revenue are also listed on the voter rolls.”

    According to the report:

The Department of State recently compared Colorado’s voter registration database with driver’s license records to determine whether non-citizens are registered to vote in Colorado. Starting in August, 2006, people seeking a Colorado driver’s license have been required to show proof of legal presence. Accordingly, in 2006 the Department of Revenue began recording the type of document that established an applicant’s legal presence in Colorado. The Department of State requested these records from the Department of Revenue this January and compared them to the voter rolls.

The comparison identified 11,805 individuals who (1) were non-citizens at the time they obtained a driver’s license, and (2) are registered to vote. As discussed below, the Department of State is nearly certain that 106 individuals are improperly registered to vote. And potentially many of the remaining 11,805 individuals are also improperly registered to vote. It is impossible to provide a precise number, however, because voter registration data are inconclusive

While the exact numbers may be inconclusive, the fact remains that many more than a handful of voters illegaly participated in Colorado’s elections and potentially stole some close elections for Democrats.

Rep. Gregg Harper (R-Miss.) stated that “this report is a disturbing wake-up call for election administrators across the country and cause for every state to review their current registration processes and safeguards designed to prevent illegal voting.”

Added Harper: “we simply cannot have an electoral system that allows thousands of non-citizens to violate the law and vote in our elections. We must do more to protect the integrity of our electoral processes.”

In 2008, John McCain’s campaign almost got derailed because he co-sponsored the infamous immigration reform legislation that would have granted a form of amnesty to many illegals with the late Ted Kennedy. GOP 2012 presidential hopefuls will most likely not make the same mistake, and cases like this will make it harder for candidates to moderate their stances on immigration. The trick will be standing firm on immigration during the primaries without providing soundbites that Democrats could distort in the general election to scare Hispanics and demonize Republicans.

    • Traer a familiares a Estados Unidos.
