..still trying to get Kevin to give us more details of what/who’s OTHER data that backs up OR exceeds Rep Steve King’s data, accounting for the VERY conservative number of DEATHS BY illegal aliens [9,125+ per year ] ..he's been pretty busy, but maybe someone will call in again on this, pretty please?! Also hoping he will get pod casts soon. Otherwise, the past two night's shows have been REAL hum-dingers..! Keep rippin ‘em Kevin..!

J: “..when everyone found out that Pedro is an illegal alien, all of a sudden, things changed.. Pedro looked at me, smiling, like he's going to be getting off..! ALL the attorneys on Pedro’s side were happy, like it was some kind of carnival..?!

“..So I went to the DA’s office, and some woman came up to me, and started talking about ‘special order 40’ [SO40] ..so now I'm thinking, I smell a rat..! She continued to speak about SO40, she did a lot of ‘uhhs & ohhs..’ so we went to her office, and a picture of Pedro Espinoza was on her desk..!

“..She talked a lot about www.JamielsLaw.com, Jamiel’s Law, telling me the law was worthless..! Then she suggested to me that I should agree w/her that Jamiel was in a gang, something to do with trying to get a worse sentence..?? or.. ??

J: "..she told me, '..we want you to tell us Jamiel was in a gang, so that they can say this case was gang related..'

J: so I described what Jamiel was wearing, and he NEVER wore anything ‘gang’ related..!

K: I've SEEN the academic and athletic accomplishments Jamiel Jr had..!

J: "..there you go.. I told her that I want justice, and just because he wore a ‘Spiderman’ backpack and a red belt, DOESN’T make him a gang banger..! But she continued to try to tell me I was in denial that Jamiel was really in a gang..

J: "..she kept telling me that they need a motive to get a better case, I kept telling her MY SON WAS NEVER IN A GANG..!

J: "..so she tried to convince me if I didn’t say my son was in a gang, then we didn’t have a case..!

J: "..I don’t want this lady representing me anymore, continueing to tell me they need a motive, yet my son WASN’T in a gang..!

K: it wouldn’t surprise me, if the prosecutor of the case, was trying to get a better case for you. Did she at all imply to you that your son had gang affiliations..?

J: “..yes, she's been trying to tell me that Terry Anderson, Kevin James, Walter Moore, etc, etc, ALL want to USE you for THEIR cause..!

K: was your son ever in trouble..?

J: “..nope, never, he had good grades, a scholarship for football, etc..

K: I know how much time it takes to do studies AND compete in athletics, did your son do anything else than football..?

J: “..yes, he was getting trophies in Track, AND basketball..!

K: did your son ever have problems with truancy..?

J: “..no, the only time he missed school, was for the games, but he kept his grades up..! ..and I LIKE Walter Moore, everything he says is based on FACTS..!

K: what do you plan on doing next..?

J: this woman wasn’t ever sincere, so I thought maybe she's just a hard core prosecutor, so I've been going along with her.. that is, until they continued to tell me to back off of www.JamielsLaw.com, Jamiel’s Law..!

J: they continued to call me for two weeks before the hearing, continually asking me if I was or wasn’t coming. But the whole time, I've always told them I believe in www.JamielsLaw.com, Jamiel’s Law AND that I want justice for my son, AND ALL the KIDS that will be KILLED BY illegal aliens..!

K: I don’t know what to say, I know they want to ?? ..did you make another appointment with them..?

J: no, I don’t feel comfortable w/her, and EVERYONE continues to bother me about how SO40 is good, and www.JamielsLaw.com, Jamiel’s Law is bad..!

K: PLEASE keep us informed, call me ANYTIME..! I'm not sure how effective I can be, sitting behind this microphone, but maybe I can make some calls, to get you a new prosecutor..
