    1) We recognize that the United States is an illegal settler government that stole our land in 1848 and has oppressed our gente, therefore it has no right to judge or imprison the Mexicano people.

    2) As colonized oppressed people, we are prisoners of this foreign system in our land, and we understand that most Raza in prison are political prisoners.

    3) We understand that capitalism and colonialism are by their very nature breeders of crimes; therefore, if we are to eliminate crime, we must first eliminate capitalism and colonialism.

    4) We understand that the prison industry has become a cornerstone of the U.S. capitalist economy.

    5) We understand that prisons are used specifically to neutralize liberation movements using new and existing laws with longer sentences as a way of eliminating threats to the capitalist/colonialist system.

    6) We understand that the general white population and vendidos (neocolonialists) support the increasing number of prisons being built, as they benefit materially and socially from the incarceration of Raza and other oppressed people.

    7) We must create a system where Mexicanos and Mexicanas accused of crimes can only be tried by revolutionary tribunals made up by and consisting of members of the national liberation movements.

We understand that the United States systematically imposed the illegal drug economy in our barrios and it is used to criminalize and lock down our gente.

    9) We understand that the rapid incarceration rate of Raza women is part of the U.S. genocidal strategy to destroy our families and communities.

    10) We recognize that the mass incarceration and criminalization of Raza Youth is another form of genocide.

And to think this group la raza has received funding from and through our elected officials I believe!

Can we find out who or which elected officials have given money to this racist organization? Americans need to be made aware that their hard earned tax dollars are being given to this disgusting organization...

Our prisons are too good for them! Send 'em all back to Mexico prisons and see how they like the comparison! And we should all call ICE to advise them of these anarchists who are subverting our justice system!

Is this the same la raza group that is holding a conference in July and whose key speaker is supposed to be Republican presidential candidate McCain?

If true, then if I were McCain, I would cancel this speaking engagement before this racist group immediately, or he is not getting my vote in november. mirse

Oh, those poor victims. They are always blaming all the big bad white people, yet they treat black people like trash and don't take credit for that either.
