The Arkansas state senate is expected to vote on Sen. Joyce Elliott's SB 799 "in-state tuition for illegals" bill today at 1pm!

We need to do all we can to stop that bill a second time.

I called the Senators on the list and felt very encouraged. The vast majority of Senators and/or their staff members said they were voting against the bill. If this is true, we can expect another victory over this veiled Amnesty.

Just finished and I got the same feeling. I dont think it will pass but we cant stop.

Don't take anything for granted! Call, call, call, as if you expect us to be in danger of losing by 1 vote!

Sen. Elliott would not bring this bill back to the floor unless she had a reason.

We need another win in Arkansas today. If we can win again, we can then use our Arkansas, Colorado, and New Jersey victories to shut down in-state tuition for illegals in Wisconsin and Rhode Island.

Then we can use all of our state victories to shut down the Dream Act Amnesty in Washington.

And if we can use these state victories to shut down Dream, we can use the defeat of Dream to defeat Comprehensive Immigration Reform AMnesty for 15 million illegals planned for later this year!

This is a very important battle!
