IMO the new majority is caught between having been voted in because the American people didn't want 'Bama's amnesty or his not working with Congress and, on the other side, wanting to give their big money donors the surplus labor that the donors covet.

I mean, what happened to Universal E-Verify? It was part of the Senate's immigration bill. What's wrong with a short-term funding bill? If the American people were put off by a government shutdown, they wouldn't have voted the new majority into office.

It is easy to force Obama to reveal his real agenda of massively altering the population of the United States for political gain and perhaps for darker motives.

How about when the new Republican controlled congress becomes official they pass a bill that has only item in it: secure the border. Just that, secure the border. Put the bill on Obama's desk and force him to veto it. Then let him explain to the American people why he is opposed to securing the border, or "explain" by some tortured fairy tale why border security absolutely must be tied to amnesty. That would be a hard sell to anyone who is impartial and not retarded.

Ha! Ha! Ha! This certainly applies to the current GOP, and I'm a lifetime Republican from a family of Republicans who have been Republican since there were Republicans. Real Republicans stand for civil rights, equal rights, workers rights, women's rights, protected trade and strict immigration controls, because without strict immigration controls you can't defend civil rights, equal rights, workers rights, womens rights or protected trade. Real Republicans also vehemently oppose the income tax, because by its nature and design it violates civil rights, equal rights, workers rights, womens rights, protected trade and strict immigration controls. Hopefully more Republicans will wake up and learn what it means to be a Real Republican, something our country desperately needs and needs now.
