US & CANADIAN GOVERNMENTS RENAMING "NORTH AMERICAN

US & CANADIAN GOVERNMENTS RENAMING "NORTH AMERICAN UNION" TO FOOL CITIZENS

The large number of American and Canadian citizens who are aware of the US-Canadian plan to eventually form a North American Union, has caused internationalists and socialists on both sides of the border to revamp their plans, according to a source in the Canadian Security Intelligence Service.

In addition to security and intelligence concerned, CSIS is in-charge of Canada's border security program.

While conservatives have for years protested the threat of the "New World Order," fewer of them are familiar with the recent North American Security and Prosperity Partnership. A major factor in the program being practically unknown to most Americans and Canadians is the deafening silence by the news media.

According to political strategist Mike Baker, in order to prevent news coverage of the fledgling North American Union or North American Federation, political leaders and left-wing journalists have successfully portrayed anyone who speaks out on the subject as a crackpot or a member of a fringe group.

"It's almost like something out of Orwell's book 1984. The news was manipulated based on the government's need of a specific storyline. On Monday, the enemy is Eurasia. But by Friday the enemy is Oceania and has always been Oceania," said Baker.

Proponents of consolidation of the US, Canada and Mexico are thrilled with the prospect of next week's North American summit in New Orleans. But knowing how full disclosure of their plans may have an unwelcome ripple effect, the think tank Fraser Institute suggested renaming the "North American Union" in order to offset the mounting criticism of the Bush-Harper plan.

In an article titled, "Saving the North American Security and Prosperity Partnership", published in March by the Canadian Fraser Institute, the writers contend that President George W. Bush and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper decided to expend no more political capital in pursuing "the bust" that has occurred because of the "brand name" of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America or SPP.

The solution, the Institute argues, is a complete makeover in which the goals of North American political and economic integration continue to be pursued, but the name of the desired entity is changed to keep the average citizens in the dark about the program.

Even the Fraser Institute advocates dismissing opponents of the SPP as "conspiracy theorists."

In fact, according to the NewsWithViews.com source within the CSIS, officials at the Fraser Institute proposed the name "North American Union," or NAU, be discarded and replaced with "North American Standards and Regulatory Area," or NASRA.

The Fraser Institute article acknowledges that the attacks by SPP critics "are starting to hurt."

The think tank also acknowledges that the SPP has a "low profile" stresses that trilateral talks within the bureaucratic working groups constituted under SPP by the three governments are continuing on both security and competitiveness policy issues.

"Its critics may have tarnished the 'SPP brand,'" the Institute's officials concede, "but the precise areas of its work need to follow where NAFTA left off and to do so by [using] a post-9/11 strategy such as security criteria, public safety and quality of life issues such as pandemic illnesses and food safety."

The Fraser Institute paper also encourages the SPP working groups to develop "a better communications strategy," so that the public "can begin to understand its benefits."

"In other words, they wish to use the age-old tactic of using euphemisms and semantics in order to pull a fast one on the American and Canadian people," warns Mike Baker. It's easy, they done it by changing "Global Warming" to "Climate Change" as well.

"This whole ploy is designed to make critics believe they've won the debate, when actually they're merely being marginalized by cynical leaders and their minions in the media,"said former NYPD detective and owner of the security firm FLT Security Systems, Sidney Francis.

"There are too many people involved who've invested too much money to allow their North American Union paradigm to disintegrate because of a few people who understand what's being done in the name of unity," said Francis.

Officials at the Fraser Institute are opposed to expanding the list of SPP advisers to include public interest groups or the media, preferring to stay with the secret, closed-door advice offered by the 30 corporations picked by the chambers of commerce in the three countries to serve as members of the North American Competitiveness Council, or NACC.

They also accept the fact that Mexico has been a "drag" on border security talks, especially since illegal immigration into the U.S. has continued, if not accelerated, under the SPP.

The think tank researchers have admitted that "there is an enormous problem of illegal entry, drug smuggling, and violent incidents on the Mexican border," while continuing to argue "there is also a very large legal and orderly flow of goods between Mexico and the United States."

In 1999, Dr. Herbert Grubel a political scientist the Fraser Institute wrote a revealing article titled, "The Case for the Amero."

In it he presents the first arguments in print that a North American currency should be created similar to the euro in the European Union. as a replacement for the U.S. dollar, the Canadian dollar and the Mexican peso.

The third SPP summit, held last August in Montebello, Quebec, involved a series of closed-door meetings attended only by the three state heads, the cabinet members in attendance, the SPP trilateral bureaucrats assigned to head the 20 working groups established under the SPP and the NACC business leaders.

Next Monday and Tuesday, President Bush is scheduled to meet with Mexican President Felipe Calderon and Canadian Prime Minister Harper during the New Orleans conference.

"The entire conference and its agenda are cloaked in deception," claims Baker.

"In fact, my sources tell me that the White House has changed the name of the meeting from the "Fourth SPP Annual Summit" to simply the "North American Leaders' Summit."

I hope their meetings are interrupted in every form imaginable, from the weather, to protests, to threats, to sudden bouts of illness that affects all of these pathetic little traitors.

I hope and pray to GOD that "we the people" protest as loud as thunder so that it shakes the ground from New Orleans and spreads like an earthquake throughout all of North America.

I am so upset with these 3 little weasels trying to shove their damn open border, SPP, New World Order agenda down our throats! Bush can keep renaming it anyway he wants to. Its still the same thing.

The CIA and the FBI must be in on this whole thing, because otherwise, why aren't they going to show up in NO to surround and arrest these traitors for conspiracy and sedition? These agencies must also be held accountable. Our federal state and local levels of government are reeking with this cancer of conspirators. Time to fire them all.

North American Union: Conspiracy or Coverup?

    April 16, 2008
    by Phyllis Schlafly

Ever since Hillary proclaimed the Clintons as the victims of a "vast right-wing conspiracy," conspiracy has been the hot word used to ridicule your opponents. When President Bush wanted to avoid answering questions about whether the Security and Prosperity Partnership is the prelude to a North American Union connected by a three-country superhighway, he accused SPP critics of believing in a conspiracy.
By definition, conspiracies are usually secret. There's nothing secret about right-wingers organizing to criticize the Clintons and their goals, and there's nothing secret about plans to morph the United States into a North American Union.

The elites, however, must be feeling the heat. Following the Hudson Institute's helpful suggestion to change the name of the Security and Prosperity Partnership, the fourth annual SPP meeting to be held in New Orleans on April 21 will now be called the North American Leaders Summit, and the promoters of the TransTexas Corridor are trying to change its name to "regional loop."

To see what the elites are planning, you don't have peek through keyholes or plant a spy under the table. Just read their published reports.

The words most frequently used to describe their goals are "economic integration," "labor mobility," "free movement of goods, services and people across open borders," and "harmonization" of regulations.

The Council on Foreign Relations published a major report on May 17, 2005, only two months after the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) was announced by President Bush, Mexico's Vicente Fox, and Canada's Paul Martin in Waco on March 23, 2005. The CFR document explaining SPP's goals and methodology was posted on the U.S. State Department website, thereby confirming its authenticity.

The CFR report explains that the three SPP amigos at Waco "committed their governments" to "Building a North American Community" by 2010 with a common "outer security perimeter," "the extension of full labor mobility to Mexico," allowing Mexican trucks "unlimited access," "totalization" of illegal aliens into the U.S. Social Security system, and "a permanent tribunal for North American dispute resolution."

The prestigious Center for Strategic & International Studies published a report in 2007 called "North American Future 2025 Project." It advocates "economic integration," the "free flow of people across national borders," and "policies that integrate governments."

The CSIS report even calls for "harmonizing legislation" on intellectual property rights with other countries. That's a direct attack on our U.S. patent system, which is the key to U.S. leadership in inventions and innovation.

The Hudson Institute published a 35-page White Paper in 2007 called "Negotiating North America: The Security and Prosperity Partnership." It states that SPP is the vehicle "for economic integration" with Mexico and Canada and even "combines an agenda with a political commitment."

The Hudson White Paper explains that SPP's "design" is for the executive branch to exercise full "authority" to "enforce and execute" whatever is decided by a 3-nation agreement of "civil service professionals" as though it were "law." That means evading treaty ratification and even congressional legislation and oversight.

Don't forget the importance of the Wall Street Journal and its longtime, very influential editorial-page editor, the late Robert Bartley. When Mexico's Vicente Fox called for NAFTA to evolve into something like the European Union, Bartley wrote: "There is one voice north of the Rio Grande that supports his vision. To wit, this newspaper."

One of the most influential business writers, Peter F. Drucker, wrote in his book, Post-Capitalist Society, that "The economic integration of the three countries into one region is proceeding so fast that it will make little difference whether the marriage is sanctified legally or not."

When Larry King asked Mexico's Vicente Fox about plans for a "Latin America united with one currency," Fox answered in the affirmative. He said that one currency was part of the "vision" of the Free Trade Area of the Americas that Bush agreed to in the Declaration of Quebec City in 2001.

So now we know why the Bush Administration won't build a fence to interfere with "labor mobility" across open borders. Now we know why Bush won't pardon Ignatio Ramos and Jose Compean, while winking at the prosecutor's deal to give immunity to a professional drug smuggler.

Now we know why Bush thumbed his nose at the overwhelming congressional votes (411-3 in the House and 75-23 in the Senate) to exclude Mexican trucks from U.S. roads. Now we know why Bush has been more persistent in pursuing "totalization" to put illegal aliens into Social Security than to promote his proposal to privatize a small part of Social Security for American citizens.

This is no conspiracy. It's all part of the "economic integration" of the North American countries that's been openly talked about for years.

I am so fed-up with ugly little bush selling out this country. He is a common thief, liar and coward. He is no more a leader than an illegal alien is an honest, hard working, tax paying American citizen.

I woke up today with the thought that we have to Fire any traitors in government instead of putting up with them and their plans to murder, rape and molest of all the Americans citizens in the United States.
We need to take back this country from the anti-American filthy rotten scum of the Earth: bush, kennedy, rockafeller, calderone, obama, hillery, mccain.

Bush and the rest of the liberals are lemmings. Their goal is to commit suicide but first they want to kill us off.
