    WHY HAVEN'T WE USED FEDERAL LAW ?

    Giving driver's licenses to the children of illegals IS aid and abetting.
    Federal law says that is a felony.
    Tell me why I can't bring my Governor of Iowa, up on those charges.

    Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)

    You as an individual cannot bring him up on charges. You would need a district attorney or federal prosecutor to do that.
