Kay Hagan (D-NC) surprised me with this vote.
Does anyone know what is going on with Grassley's amendment? I tuned into C-SPAN but was called away so I didn't even hear his pitch.

Senator Hagan knows North Carolina's people have had it with I-9s and our Employment Security Commission sending illegal aliens into NC's workplace.
