Traffic pursuit started by U.S. Border Patrol ends with crash near Delta
DELTA, Ohio - A traffic pursuit initiated by agents from the U.S. Border Patrol ended when a van went off the highway and overturned Sunday evening on the Ohio Turnpike near Delta, the Ohio Highway Patrol said.
All three occupants of the van suffered minor injuries. Passengers Antonio Perralta, 22, and Carlos Chavez Martinez, 25, both of Puebla, Mexico, were treated at Fulton County Medical Center, OHP Lt. Michael Wiederman said.
The identity of the driver was not immediately available.
The van was westbound on the Ohio Turnpike near the Elmore exit when the Border Patrol started its pursuit, troopers said.

Well??? Were these legal citizens of the US charged with anything? maybe need to get more info before a post like that,,
