Is this legal ? really
Nevada is redistricting , I can't post the link to the story but its the second day a story has appeared
Now the big thing is that hispanics are screaming they want their own district in Las Vegas , This all comes about from the census show a large hispanic population in parts of the city.
I'm here , and I can tell you that a large amount of this population is illegal
How is it that illegals are allowed to have govt representation ?
I'm sure when the hearings on this come up its going to get out of control.

It's a NATIONAL PROBLEM! Imagine, somewhere down the line the states that gained representation due to IAs could have the power to force all states to chip in to support their folly.
There's an article on here somewhere in which CA complained their taxpayers are baring an unfair burden of support for IAs and the Feds should pony up monies from others to help. Basically stated that the costs of IAs should be shared equally between all states.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Liberal governments all across the country serve "residents" now rather than citizens. Like Harry Reid said they're "undocumented Americans" to them.

If you want to see redistricting at its finest, google Luis Gutierrez' district.

Not only have that, but the pro-illegal invader groups that support this sedation contribute campaign dollars to ensure they have a seat at the table. Of course most of this is happening on the Dems side of the aisle, but we all know there are plenty of RINOs out there who seem to do quite well by supporting sedation.
It's all pretty simple, money and power = access! The rule of law doesn't mean squat in this country any longer, especially for the self-proclaimed, aggrieved illegal invaders they champion themselves to be. The illegal invaders and their advocates have succeeded into turning the issue of illegal immigration into a human rights / racial issue, as opposed to a rule of law issue. This is why the rule of law no longer applies to the invaders!
If the rule of law meant anything, we wouldn't be in this situation.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

The term "Undocumented Americans" needs to be swept from the dictonary. They are illegal, not Americans. They are still mexicans who are squatters, criminals, and a serious drain on every states economy. Reid is just one of many Democrates who simply cannot change their minds or even accept the concept of illegals. They want these people to become citizens so that they can scoop up their votes.

The problem is that, constitutionally, the Census is essentially head count. It counts "people," but doesn't distinguish between people who are here legally and foreign nationals who are living here illegally.

What we need to do imo is after the next Presidential election have the next hopefully non liberal nut President order the DOJ to check into illegal voting and voter fraud in states with majority known illegal alien populations. If one can prove at least 5% of one winning candidates votes came from illegal sources should be enough to demand a state inquiry and recount and vote checks. Then use such pressure to force ID at the voting booths and put Real ID back on the fast track lane.
