Napolitano: Obama 'Shredding the Constitution'
Napolitano: Obama 'Shredding the Constitution'

By Martin Gould and Ashley Martella
President Barack Obama is shredding the U.S. Constitution faster than any of the 42 men who preceded him in office, according to Fox News judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano, author of the brand new "It is Dangerous to be Right when the Government is Wrong."
It is so bad he should be impeached over the murder of American terror suspect Anwar al-Awlaki – and if Congress won’t take that action, he should be indicted once he is out of office.
In an exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV, Napolitano said it doesn’t matter that Awlaki was probably guilty – the fact is he was a U.S. citizen and the Constitution outlaws his killing without due process.

Anwar Al-Awlaki for all intents and purposes surrendered his US citizenship and became an enemy of the people of the US. What are we supposed to do? Send in another squadron of Navy Seals, and risk their lives to try to apprehend this guy in a foreign country? Meanwhile he plots more horrific attacks?
And Bush should have done more with the Patriot Act. I want to be safe when I travel. This is one issue that made me more conservative, when the Left started complaining about security measures instituted after 9/11. It seemed like merely a phony political stunt to undermine the Bush administration for a political end. I would have liked to see all of the left wing liberal complainers slapped with some jail time.
Some of these libertarian arguments are just plain looney."Men of low degree are vanity, Men of high degree are a lie. " David
