    Yeah Right!

    Navarrette said Wednesday that he opposes illegal immigration but doesn't believe the U.S. will deport the nation's 12 million illegal immigrants. He opposes what he calls unearned amnesty: People pay a fine, see a lawyer and they become legal. He supports earned amnesty or earned legalization in which illegal residents would pay back taxes, take citizenship classes and learn English.
