If we trust the local police to guard or citizens then we can trust them to guard our citizenship



To all great Americans,

It would seem that News stories and statistics pertaining to the Latino Gang element and Latino distribution of drugs never make it to the desk of the ACLU or the Washington hard headed Law makers that are asking for amnesty.
I have read news story after news story that give hard cold facts of gang ties, crime elements and just down right bad guys related to open boarders and the lack there of securing our southern boarders and guarding the American Public.
Congress ask for dollar after dollar to send to Mexico, to help stop immigrants form coming to the country illegally. Uncle Sam have not offered one red sent to local law enforcement , to support the guys that have the most dangerous job. Methamphetamine is one of the most dangerous drugs that law enforcement face today, for years this drug stayed among the bikers and truckers or just the party crowd that wanted to stay out and hang tough for the fun. Drug trafficking by Latino street gangs continues to be a unstopped issue in all the states. If we continue to allow the manufacturing, sale and use of this drug by these gangs, law enforcement will soon face the same overwhelming problem that they face with crack cocaine. Federal legislation takes significant steps toward preventing Methamphetamine from becoming the next crisis in drug abuse.
The bill Permits the domestic seizure and forfeiture of methamphetamine precursor chemicals. It Directs the Attorney General to coordinate international drug enforcement efforts to interdict such chemicals. It Increases penalties for the possession of equipment used to make controlled substances, and for trafficking in certain precursor chemicals. It Requires an interagency task force to develop and implement prevention, education and meth treatment strategies
This legislation does nothing to stop the illegal immigrants in street gangs after the charges of the incidental sale or possessions have been dealt with.
America needs Legislation that permits local city and county law enforcement agencies to arrest and hold only for declaration of citizenship with out the threat of law suits from all out side agenesis, Any one known to be or suspected of being in this country with out proper documentation can be held and questioned with out any other cause .If we trust the local police to guard or citizens then we can trust them to guard our citizenship. If the ACLU and the ADL want to sue only on racial profiling then we need to Begin to open a city to city agency for the next twenty four months dedicated only to the purpose of arresting or investigating any person or person accused of being here illegally. This will do several things , removes local law enforcement of the burden of detaining illegal immigrants, it will stop the needless law suits of racial profiling, it will create safety in the minds of Americans, and finely it will reduce the flow of calls to ice, an the naturalization department an other federal agencies. In the past we have implemented emergency orders to open small agencies to our country men to stop specific law problems. It time we have one more. 911 isn’t enough, 27000 death of Americans in a year wasn’t enough, 3000 deaths in New York city wasn’t enough then maybe the statistic of the new gangs in small cities and towns will be.

Wonder how many politicans are getting the drugs that they are on from illegals? More and more it appears that many of the democrats are using drugs and they are being supplied by illegals. There is no other answer for the democrats refusal to recognize the problem.
