No Spending Limits For Hillary Clinton

Already fined for violating federal election rules during her senate campaign, Hillary Clinton has devised a plan that allows her to disregard strict Federal Election Commission (FEC) spending limits during her presidential run.

The former First Lady, a fundraising machine, is the first major candidate to forgo public funding in both the primary and general election in order to avoid FEC rules designed to clean up presidential campaigns by limiting the influence of big donors in politics.

Confident after raising a record $40 million for a senate reelection campaign with dismal competition, Hillary wants to do things the Clinton way; no rules or limits. On her web site she asks potential contributors to write checks for up to $4,200, clearly indicating that she will forgo public funds for the general election if she is in fact the Democratic nominee.

Other candidates-President George W. Bush and Democratic challenger John Kerry, among them--have given up public funding in primary campaigns, but not for the general election. Both men accepted more than $70 million in public funds and therefore had to abide by the federal spending limits.

Some experts predict that Clinton, with the help of her famous husband, can raise $100 million before the first 2008 primary and about $500 million by the time the election rolls around. Clearly, she doesn't want the FEC breathing down her neck. In response to a Judicial Watch complaint, the agency fined her $35,000 last year for concealing more than $700,000 in contributions during a 2000 senate fundraiser.

Although they are serious charges, many say that campaign finance law violations are hardly the biggest concern when it comes to Clinton. One news site documents many of her recent mishaps and points out that no one knows exactly where she stands on important issues since she will do or say anything to get elected.

    Hillary, Jesse Jackson Schmooze Fest

Hillary Clinton and Jesse Jackson looked very cozy at a recent Rainbow Push Coalition event that the reverend holds annually on Wall Street to pressure wealthy companies into giving his civil rights group millions of dollars.

Clinton was a keynote speaker and she was all smiles during her address to, what in effect, is a multi-millionaire's club. When the New York Senator took the podium adjacent to Jackson, the two repeatedly chuckled and exchanged various pats on the back as they admired each other.

The Rainbow Push event annually features Wall Street heavy hitters that give Jackson and the organization he founded hundred of millions of dollars. Jackson promotes the event as an opportunity for minorities to empower themselves by interacting with industry and corporate leaders from every business sector.

The truth is that Jackson has intimidated numerous companies into donating hundreds of million of dollars to his organization by suing, protesting and boycotting them under the guise of redressing racism. Among the big players are Texaco, Anheuser Busch, Coca-Cola and Ford. Detailed information is featured in a Judicial Watch special report called Jesse Jackson Exposed.

The question now is whether the renowned civil rights leader, who counseled Bill Clinton after his sexual escapades with a White House intern, will support Hillary or the Illinois senator who strives to become the nation's first black president, Barack Obama? Jackson himself launched two unsuccessful presidential campaigns.

    Conservative Group Loves Hillary

Hillary Clinton continues to benefit from the loyalty and support of a traditionally conservative religious group whose members were pardoned by her husband in exchange for votes in her first senate race.

Although Hasidic Jews are extremely conservative and Clinton is a raging liberal, quite a few attended her post swearing in reception this week. Traditionally, most Orthodox members of the sect can't even shake hands with a woman, but those who attended Hillary's bash-clad in traditional broad-brimmed hats and attire--pressed close for photo opportunities. In violation of their strict religious beliefs, shoulders rubbed and torsos touched for numerous snapshots.

Could it be that the New York Senator has made some kind of back-door deal with the group similar to the one she and her husband made as he left the White House? Bill pardoned four prominent members of a Hasidic Jewish community in Rockland County New York who had defrauded the federal government of $40 million for a fake school.

In return, the community voted overwhelmingly (1359-10) for Hillary for senate while neighboring Hasidic communities voted overwhelmingly for her Republican opponent Rick Lazio. The scrupulously Orthodox Hasidic Jews have a well-documented record of voting conservative and strong support for a candidate like Hillary is unheard of.

The U.S. Attorney's office in New York briefly investigated the matter but the Teflon-covered Clintons prevailed and nothing ever came of it. One thing is for sure, however; four men serving prison sentences of up to 6 ½ years for bilking millions from taxpayers were released from jail and Hillary got long term support from a group that would otherwise shun her.

Nonprofit Think Tank Finances Hillary's Travel

Hillary Clinton's duties as an east coast senator were often disrupted to visit the Midwest city vying to host next year's Democratic convention and a liberal nonprofit, headed by her husband's former deputy secretary of state, financed most of the trips.

The city most visited by Clinton and her staff was Denver Colorado, potential host of the 2008 Democratic convention, and the Washington D.C.-based think tank, Brookings Institution is the special interest that provided most of the cash for her lavish travel arrangements.

Newly released travel disclosures for the 2006 cycle reveal that Clinton and her staff took a total of 35 trips at a cost of $77,526.95, including a single jaunt to an undisclosed city for a whopping $11,215.00. The Brookings Institution provided a total of $45,508.00 during the cycle.

Known for its Iraq index (a tally of deaths in Iraq), the Brookings Institution bills itself as an independent research and policy organization financed through an endowment and the support of philanthropic foundations, corporations and private donors. Although it gave Clinton nearly $50,000, the nonprofit claims that all funds are devoted to carrying out its research and educational activities.

A few years ago, Strobe Talbott, Bill Clinton's longtime friend and Deputy Secretary of State, became president of the Brookings Institution. Talbott, a former magazine journalist who was tight with a top KGB agent, was heavily criticized for creating a "Cub Scout'' policy toward Russia when that country was still a threat to the United States.

Alcee Hastings To Lead Clinton Campaign

A corrupt Florida congressman impeached as a federal judge for perjury and bribery is Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign co chair in the Sunshine State.Clinton says Representative Alcee Hastings' "leadership role" will bring her message of change throughout Florida and across the country. Hastings, in turn, says that when the next "President Clinton" is elected, the country will be a much better place for the African-American community.Hastings has the dubious honor of being one of only six federal judges to be removed from office through impeachment for perjury and conspiracy to obtain a bribe. Hastings was wrapped up in a 1983 scandal involving the solicitation of a $150,000 bribe in return for favorable treatment for defendants in a racketeering case before him.The disgraced judge repeatedly lied under oath at his criminal trial and forged letters in an effort to get acquitted. In 1988 the Democratic-run House voted overwhelmingly (413-3) to impeach Hastings who had been appointed to the federal bench in the Southern District of Florida by Jimmy Carter. The Democratic-run Senate subsequently removed him from the bench.Incredibly, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi picked Hastings to head the nation's Intelligence Committee last November, a selection she eventually withdrew thanks in part to a hard-hitting letter from Judicial Watch. Now Hastings has more time to dedicate to Clinton's presidential campaign. Hillary Co Chair Fabian Nuñez Avoids Cash Rules

A California legislator who is national co chair of Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign has secretly exceeded contribution limits by having special interests -with laws before him-donate hefty sums to a ballot measure that will keep him in office longer. Assembly Speaker Fabian Nuñez, a Democrat and well-known figure of the La Raza pro illegal immigration movement, has found a creative way to violate state laws that restrict political donations to $7,200 by instead having millions contributed to his top cause; a bill that will actually rewrite California's term-limit law to allow him to serve another six years in the legislature. If the law doesn't pass, Nuñez will be termed out of office in 2008 and if it does he will serve another six years. This is why deep-pocketed special interest groups-including corporations, unions, utilities and gambling enterprises--have bankrolled his coveted ballot measure by donating nearly $2 million to help it succeed. All the money has been collected in the last two months as Nuñez and his partisan political allies decide on hundreds of laws of concern to the very people and interest groups that cut the checks. Nuñez has clearly been influenced by the cash. For instance, Republican Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has proposed a %4 levy on hospital revenues in his health insurance measure but Nuñez, who received $100,000 from the political arm of the California Hospital Association, conveniently left that provision out of his plan for covering millions of uninsured residents. Clinton named Nuñez, a renowned advocate of illegal immigration and organizer of huge marches, as a campaign national co chair last month. The legislator is best known for delivering fiery anti-American speeches at immigrant rallies, referring to U.S. lawmakers as rednecks and declaring "war" on Schwarzenegger because the governor supports securing the southern border as well as legislative measures to help curb the state's illegal immigration crisis.Judicial Watch is a non-partisan, educational foundation dedicated to fighting government and judicial corruption and promoting a return to ethics and morality in our nation's public life. Hillary Campaign Gets Influential Chicano Mayor

Hillary Clinton's endorsement from Los Angeles' self-proclaimed Chicano mayor officially gives her campaign the Three Musketeers of the radical Mexican La Raza movement as well as the nation's most influential illegal immigration advocates. With two renowned and controversial pro illegal immigration figures recently named to co chair her presidential campaign, Clinton actively pursued L.A.'s popular Chicano mayor (Antonio Villaraigosa) for months to round out the team. The former First Lady finally got a commitment this week and named Villaraigosa to yet another national co chair position in return for his unconditional support. The mayor says he finally picked Clinton because she is "the only candidate with the ability to hit the ground running on her first day in the White House." Villaraigosa, a longtime member of an extremist Mexican group (Mecha) that advocates overthrowing the U.S. Government, has played a key role in his city's huge and disruptive pro illegal immigration marches. He even encouraged massive student walkouts-that cost the city's already ailing public school system nearly $1 million in state funding-to participate in the protests. Clinton believes Villaraigosa and her other illegal immigration advocates will help secure the Latino vote in 2008. That is why in April she named two of the movement's best known leaders to co chair her campaign. The first, Raul Yzaguirre, was president of the extremist Mexican group National Council of La Raza for three decades. Within weeks the Clinton camp announced with great fanfare that the Speaker of the California Assembly, Democrat Fabian Nunez, would also be a national co chair. Nunez is well known for referring to U.S. lawmakers as rednecks and threatening to bring Washington to its feet at a 1990s event in which 100,000 rowdy Mexican flag wavers protested legislation they considered discriminatory. A few years ago Nunez publicly declared war on California's governor because the governor supports securing the southern border as well as legislative measures to help curb the state's illegal immigration crisis. Top Clinton Donor Helps Defraud Elderly

The mainstream media coverage of a company being federally investigated for selling databases of sick and unsuspecting elderly to scam artists conveniently fails to mention that the firm's owner has given Bill and Hillary Clinton millions of dollars over the years. The wealthy Nebraska entrepreneur, Vinod Gupta, owns the Omaha-based marketing database company called infoUSA Inc. which happens to be one of the nation's largest compilers of consumer information that is later sold to marketing firms. InfoUSA is being investigated for selling personal information to criminal firms that swindled senior citizens, many of them war veterans with Alzheimer's disease. The firm advertised lists of "Elderly Opportunity Seekers," 3.3 million older people "looking for ways to make money," and "Suffering Seniors," 4.7 million people with cancer or Alzheimer's disease. "Oldies but Goodies" contained 500,000 gamblers over 55 years old, for 8.5 cents apiece. One list said: "These people are gullible. They want to believe that their luck can change."

The corrupt businesses that bought the information plied on lonely people with repeated phone calls and eventually tricked many of them into revealing banking information to later raid their savings accounts. As horrible as this may seem to most people, it has not stopped Bill and Hillary Clinton from accepting hefty donations from InfoUSA's owner or the former commander-in-chief from taking hundreds of thousands of dollars from the company for speeches and "non-employee compensation." Indeed the Clintons have a close and financially lucrative relationship with Gupta, who has been one of the couple's most generous benefactors. Gupta donated $2 million to Hillary's millennium celebration and $1 million to Bill's presidential library in Little Rock Arkansas. In 2000, he gave Hillary $100,000 to kick start her senate campaign and he hosted a fundraiser at his house. Evidently, the Clintons are not bothered that their close friend with deep pockets is making his money off of ailing, extremely vulnerable old people. Hillary's Golden Palestinian Money Trial

Hillary Clinton has put aside her avid pro Israel stance to accept hefty donations from an influential Palestinian businessman with close ties to a renowned Arab terrorist leader.A longtime friend and financial backer of both Bill and Hillary Clinton, millionaire Hani Marsi is considered the most influential supporter of the Palestinian cause in Washington. His pockets are deep and Hillary has just crowned him with the title of "HillRaiser," for bundling more than $100,000 for her campaign in the first quarter. The New York senator doesn't seem to mind that Marsi's pro-Palestinian sentiment contradicts her avid pro-Israeli stance or that Marsi was very close to the late Yasser Arafat, an Arab terrorist icon who founded the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Fatah movement.Marsi has financially backed Hillary since she first became a candidate in 2000 and has vowed to continue supporting her all the way to the White House. In fact, Hillary raised $50,000 for her first senatorial campaign at Marsi's Washington D.C. mansion and the cash has poured in since. While taking money from a Palestinian heavy hitter, Hillary publicly supports Jews and endorses construction of a controversial wall separating Israel from the West Bank. She even criticized Palestinian school books as indoctrination because they describe Israel's founding as an unprecedented historical disaster. Big Hillary Donor A Major U.S. Tax Evader

Hillary Clinton has joined her fellow Democrats in a call for ardent pursuit of unpaid taxes to boost federal revenue even though one of her top donors is among the nation's biggest tax evaders who cheated the U.S. government out of hundreds of millions of dollars. The media mogul, Haim Saban, is one of the world's richest men with a net worth of nearly $3 billion and he participated in one of the largest tax evasion schemes in U.S. history to avoid paying more than $300 million from the sale of a television station. The scheme is mentioned prominently in a 401-page Senate report on how wealthy Americans use offshore havens to cheat the government. Yet Democrats have gladly taken a lot of his money over the years, including Bill Clinton and now Hillary. In fact, Saban is the party's largest donor. Over the three election cycles from 2002 through 2006, the Israeli businessman contributed $12.7 million to the party and to Democratic candidates. Hillary has boasted of his fervent support and Bill of his unconditional friendship. In fact, Saban donated $5 million to the Clinton Library in Little Rock Arkansas and a company created as part of his illegal tax evasion scheme provided a $10 million loan to fund the facility's construction. Not surprisingly, a Clinton spokesperson said neither Clinton had any idea that their multi billionaire friend cheated Uncle Sam like no other. Saban and his wife have given more than $40,000 to Hillary's senate campaigns and he has vowed to help finance a chunk of her undoubtedly costly presidential run. A Hillary campaign spokesman acknowledged that Saban is a strong supporter and confirmed that Hillary knows nothing of his tax problems. Posted by Irene at 01:19 PM |

Hillary Pads Campaign With Radical Illegal Immigration Advocates

Just weeks after naming the leader of an extremist Mexican group to co chair her presidential campaign, Hillary Clinton has added yet another controversial illegal immigration advocate to her team. The Clinton camp announced with great fanfare this week that the Speaker of the California Assembly,Democrat Fabian Nunez , is the latest national co chair of her 2008 campaign.A renowned advocate of illegal immigrants and organizer of huge marches, Nunez actually declared war on California's governor a few years ago because the governor supports securing the southern border as well as legislative measures to help curb the state's illegal immigration crisis. Nunez has for years been a well-known figure in the La Raza movement, delivering fiery anti-American speeches and organizing street marches that have featured up to 100,000 rowdy, Mexican flag-waving protestors. At one such rally in the mid 1990s, Nunez referred to U.S. lawmakers as rednecks and vowed to bring Washington to a standstill to protest what he considered to be anti-immigrant legislation in California.Nunez was also an activist in a Los Angeles pro illegal alien group (One Stop Immigration and Education) that was federally investigated for misappropriation of federal and state grants. He will undoubtedly have a great relationship with Hillary's other radical campaign co chair, Raul Yzaguirre, who for three decades headed the extremist group National Council of La Raza.Posted by Irene at 04:39 PM |

    Hillary Clinton The Cash Cow

Hillary Clinton has shattered political fundraising records by collecting an unprecedented $26 million in new contributions during the first quarter of her presidential campaign. Combined with $10 million she transferred from her Senate coffers, the New York senator has a whopping $36 million in her war chest. The former First lady broke previous first-quarter fundraising records set by Texas Republican Phil Gramm, who raised $8.7 million in 1995, and Al Gore who collected $8.9 million in 1999. Clinton's main competitor for the Democratic nomination, Illinois Senator Barack Obama, has not disclosed his first quarter contributions and he has until the April 15 Federal Election Commission (FEC) deadline to do it. While Obama is said to have raised about $22 million this quarter, the other Democratic candidates didn't come close to Clinton. former North Carolina Senator John Edwards raised $14 million, New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson $6 million, Connecticut Senator Chris Dodd $4 million and South Carolina Senator Joe Biden a mere $3 million.Clinton's cash came from 50,000 contributors in 50 states and supposedly exceeded the campaign's goal of raising $15 million for the first quarter. Clinton proved to be quite an efficient fundraiser when she collected a record $40 million for a senate reelection campaign with dismal competition. It gave her the confidence to become the first major candidate to forgo public funding in both the primary and general election in order to avoid FEC rules designed to clean up presidential campaigns by limiting the influence of big donors in politics. Some experts have predicted that, with the help of her famous husband, Clinton can raise $100 million for her presidential campaign. Just last month, she made $2.6 million at a weekend Hollywood fundraiser. Posted by Irene at 10:40 AM |

    Hillary Buys Another Big Endorsement

Just weeks after paying $210,000 for the coveted endorsement of an influential southern black pastor, Hillary Clinton has agreed to double the money for the crucial endorsement of the leading politician in the state with the first presidential caucus. At the important Iowa caucus Clinton will have the backing of Governor Tom Vilsack, who dropped out of the 2008 presidential race last month because he said it would be impossible to raise enough money to compete with the likes of Clinton and Illinois Senator Barack Obama. Vilsack may have dropped out the race but he has a campaign debt of more than $400,000 and, in return for his highly sought endorsement, Clinton has agreed to pay off the hefty tab. After raising a whopping $2.6 million in a weekend Hollywood fundraiser recently, $400,000 is probably a drop in the bucket for the New York senator.Of course, Clinton aides say there is absolutely no connection between Vilsack's endorsement and the senator's promise to pay off his large campaign debt. Americans heard a similar Clintonesque explanation in mid February when the former First Lady denied paying a few hundred thousand dollars for the highly pursued endorsement of an influential South Carolina senator (Darrell Jackson) who also happens to be the pastor of the state's largest black church. Clinton's main rival for the Democratic Presidential nomination, Obama, also fought for Jackson's endorsement but evidently was outbid by Clinton. When Obama was on the verge of sealing a contract with Jackson's public relations firm for $5,000 a month, Clinton doubled it to $10,000. The deal came with the lawmaker/pastor's valuable endorsement.Posted by Irene at 10:01 AM |

    Hillary Won't Return Tainted Cash

Although several politicians have returned tainted money from a company that has defrauded small businesses out of millions of dollars, Hillary Clinton refuses to part with her dirty cash despite pleas from dozens of victims. The Illinois consulting company, International Profit Associates (IPA), is owned by a disbarred lawyer named John R. Burgess whose criminal accomplishments include hiring a 16-year-old prostitute and attempted larceny. IPA is among Clinton's largest single sources of campaign contributions with $150,000 in donations over the years and more to come during her presidential run. The company is best known for operating a scam that has defrauded small businesses across the U.S. and Canada out of millions of dollars over the last decade. In fact, several victims are suing IPA under a federal law (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act) created by Congress in 1970 to destroy the mafia. The latest multi million-dollar lawsuit against IPA was filed this week in an Illinois federal court. Earlier this year a separate suit was filed in Albany New York. The plaintiffs, all owners of small businesses defrauded by Clinton's good friend, have asked politicians to return any cash received from IPA. Many have, but Clinton has so far refused. The New York senator seems unaffected by the more than 200 lawsuits filed against her corrupt friend with deep pockets. The suits accuse IPA of deceptive marketing practices, fraud, and an array of illegal tactics. Even the Attorney General's of two states-Illinois and Wisconsin-have investigated IPA for failing to pay former employees' wages and deceptive and unfair business practices. IPA has also been federally investigated for the sexual harassment of 113 female employees. Posted by Irene at 01:40 PM |

Hillary Donor Expects Favor In Return

A South Florida billionaire and longtime Clinton financial supporter has given Hillary thousands of dollars and says he expects the New York senator to assign him to an ambassadorial post if she becomes president.
Jorge Perez, a real estate developer who appears on Forbes list of 400 richest Americans, is an important friend to have in Republican-dominated Miami, a densely populated area of a crucial state during presidential elections. A loyal Clinton family friend, Perez is worth more than $1.8 billion and he has been very generous to Bill and Hillary over the years. He has donated nearly $30,000 to politicians in the last decade with the biggest chunks going to the senator and her husband. Bill rewarded his rich supporter, who is an art connoisseur, by appointing him to The National Council on the Arts in 1994 and publicly acknowledging him during various Cuban Independence Day celebrations in Miami because Perez is of Cuban descent.

The billionaire has made it clear that he fully expects Hillary to do the same if she moves back into the White House. Being named to some kind of ambassador post is just one idea thrown out by Perez, who says he has made so much money that the important thing now is "legacy." Evidently, this rich Floridian believes that , for the right price, he can get anything from Hillary. Posted by Irene at 03:34 PM | Comments (1)

Clinton Pakistani Donor Vanishes After Indictment

A wealthy Pakistani businessman who funneled thousands of dollars in illegal campaign contributions to Hillary Clinton and California Democratic Senator Barbara Boxer is a fugitive that appears on the Federal Bureau of Investigation's most wanted list.A resident of Southern California, Abdul Rehman Jinnah fled the country after federal prosecutors charged him for masterminding a plot to donate more than $50,000 in illegal donations to the senators' campaign committees.Jinnah owned several U.S. businesses-selling cellular phones and frozen yogurt among them-and he solicited employees, family members and business associates to donate money to the Clinton and Boxer campaigners to avoid contribution limits. He later reimbursed the so-called straw donors. Jinnah is also a well-known corporate executive in his native Pakistan and U.S. authorities believe that is where he fled to. In America he was closely allied with Democrats and he and his family donated more than $100,000 to the party as well as various candidates. He also hosted fundraisers for Clinton and Boxer and organized a center that helped form a powerful Pakistani Caucus in the United States Congress to advance that country's concerns. When prosecutors charged him with illegal campaign contributions and conspiracy, Jinnah vanished. Besides Southern California, the FBI says he has connections in Karachi, Pakistan as well as London and the United Arab Emirates. Not surprisingly, Clinton and Boxer both claim they had no idea their lucrative donor was breaking the law. One web site posts a picture of Clinton and Jinnah standing side by side, in case the New York Senator has another in a long series of memory losses.Posted by Irene at 10:09 AM |

    Secret Clinton Foundation Exposed

In violation of Congressional ethics laws, Hillary Clinton has for years operated a secret foundation that has allowed her and her husband to avoid paying taxes on more than $5 million.Operated by Hillary, Bill and daughter Chelsea, the multi million-dollar foundation lists a post office box in Chappaqua, N.Y. as its address. It has given $1.25 million in so-called charitable contributions to a variety of questionable recipients, including Middle Eastern heads of state and a shady Arkansas friend who helped Hillary turn a $1,000 investment into $100,000 with fraudulent commodities trades in 1978. The Clintons have also given money to their alma maters-Yale, Georgetown, Wellesley and Oxford-as well as a variety of Arkansas groups and the Little Rock Baptist church they regularly attended when they lived there. Hillary has served as the foundation's treasurer and secretary since it was created about five years ago and Congressional ethics laws specifically state that all members must disclose positions they hold with any outside establishment. Bill is the foundation's president and Chelsea is a director. In classic Clinton fashion, New York's second-term senator said the failure to report her charity in Congressional disclosure reports (five times) was simply an oversight. Hang Rights Politics writes that this brings back horrible memories of Bill Clinton's eight years in office and asks: How many more Clinton "oversights" and lies will Americans swallow?" VICTORIES FOR JUDICAL WATCH

    Judicial Watch

    http://www.judicialwatch.org/vearning.shtml

    Victories - Earning Court Victories

It is a time-consuming and expensive process. Still, Judicial Watch's legal team has earned important court victories on behalf of its clients. For example, Bill Clinton is the only sitting president in U.S. history to be convicted of a crime thanks to Judicial Watch. Judicial Watch represented Kathleen Willey against President Bill Clinton, who violated the Privacy Act after releasing her government files to the public. JW earned a string of legal victories in its lawsuit against the Vice President's Energy Task Force, and ultimately took its argument to the highest court in the land - the United States Supreme Court. Thanks to Judicial Watch's successes in the courtroom, the Bush administration's penchant for secrecy was made public. Judicial Watch also earned an important victory in court on behalf of INS Agent Rick Ramirez, forcing the government to settle the case.

Each of these victories, while signifcant on their own, also help to lay the groundwork for future Judicial Watch victories in court on behalf of the American people.

    v Pardongate -
Judicial Watch received a $25,000 award of attorney’s fees and costs from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in final settlement of Judicial Watch’s “Pardongateâ€
