Model Ordinances: Illegal Immigration Relief ordinance and Official English ordinance
Due to federal inaction local governments are being forced to respond to citizen demands for immigration enforcement. Despite open border claims to the contrary, local enforcement is a very viable approach to our illegal immigration crisis. However, it is extremely important that the ordinances consist of the proper legally defensible language. The original Hazelton Illegal Immigration Relief ordinance had some problems and should not be used. The proper models are available at www.illegalaliens.us. Citizens are urged to demand their local government enact these ordinances. Let's Roll!
