Thread: Oregon nursery charged with crimesâ€

OFIR members and supporters:

An Oregon nursery, Willamette Tree Wholesale, located in Molalla, has been accused of terrible crimes. On their website Willamette Tree Wholesale states that they are a “proud member of the Oregon Association of Nurseries (OAN).â€

A few observations:

The Oregon Civil Rights division will undoubtedly be cooperative in bestowing a hefty financial settlement to these women. There is no mention of the race of the foreman who allegedly committed this. Latino? Asian? White? Other cases brought to the Civil Rights Division, especially by white males, will be dismissed.

The Violence Against Women Act will give a legalized status to these women, assuming that they are presently in the country illegally. No consideration will be made as to whether any of them might have helped to bring on their case of harassment, by their own conduct.

First, Latino is not a race.
Second, undoubtedly the foreman spoke Spanish as the majority of ag workers will be illegals or lawful guest workers from Latin countries these days.
As for the women bringing it on themselves, were this foreman an American citizen, he should realize that when a woman says no it means cease and desist or I will sue the crap out of you. Doesn't matter if she wore a bikini to work every day, which I sort of doubt.
