    oh Janet, you are not the person who gets to make those decisions about who does and who does not decide who gets deported

    She does not have the Charter or authority to ignore US Immigration laws period. she is a law enforcement official, she does not set policy, she was appointed not elected. I just got word Judicial Watch may be dragging her into court on this.

    The practical result of the Obama administration’s policy, as she explained it, is that the DREAM Act is now the law even though Congress did not pass it.
    Any person with a bit of Law knowlege knows words of mouth are not a law, in order to regulate or enforce a law it must be Legislated and written into law by lawmakers, which is done by U.S. Congressmen and States Governors.

    sounds like another hearing for Lamar Smith and his committee
