    Illegal immigrant to be deported

    http://www.in-forum.com/articles/index. ... ction=News

    Published Thursday, December 22, 2005

BISMARCK – An illegal immigrant accused of molestation in a case that prompted a statewide Amber Alert will be deported, authorities said.

Carlos O. Martinez, 31, of Mexico, pleaded guilty to one count of gross sexual imposition on Wednesday in South Central District Court.

“I declare myself guilty, he said, with the help of a translator. “I have nothing in my favor.

South Central District Judge Sonna Anderson said she would waive a mandatory $1,000 fee since Martinez has no job and will be turned over to the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service for deportation proceedings.

An illegal with no job! That's gotta be a first. Or is the judge foregoing the $1,000 fee so he can use the money to get back into the country illegally?

OK, deportation is good but what about jail time? This guy admitted to sexually molesting someone. He gets no jail, no fine and a free ride back to Mexico.

Oh yeah, Mexico. He'll be back next week with another name and social security number.....

You are so right, he will be back. They all come back. Mexico will not hold this guy in prison for the crimes he commited in America. No, Mexico will want rid of him and once again, he will illegally cross our border to molest another child. I believe ALL illegals should be deported, they have already broken the law when they crossed into our country, but..........when an illegal has commited a crime such as molesting a child, he should be kept in prison until his sentence has been served. The American citizens should not, however, have to pay for his upkeep while in our prison system. Mexico should get the bill for the illegals we house in our jail and prison system and they should be forced to pay for that upkeep. I bet Mr. Fox would love that idea!

I agree. Either they pay the costs or we withold it from any financial aid they are getting from the US.

I don't think we should keep him here. This obscure crime

one count of gross sexual imposition
sounds like we shouldn't feed this dude for even the thrirty day sentence he probably would have gotten if he were an American citizen.

Chances are, they are going to put his information on file and if he crosses again, he will be a felon by that act alone.

An illegal with no job! That's gotta be a first.
keep in mind that illegals who run meth labs and deal drugs appear to be "jobless."
