Complaints are to be handled by lawsuits orginating from the offended party. If the Democrats were so gung-ho on repealing NAFTA, why didn't they submit a bill to do just that when they had control of the congress? Repealing NAFTA will require enough votes from both parties unless one party has a veto proof majority (with every party member in agreement) but so far the will hasn't been there to attempt it. Unfortunately not all Democrats support the repeal of NAFTA, nor do all Republicans, it will take bi-partisan support. No, the President can't act alone to repeal NAFTA.
