    Here a commission, there a coalition: everyone at the state and local level, it seems, wants to take on illegal immigration.

    The Culpeper County Board of Supervisors is doing it through a recently enacted resolution inviting every town, county and city in the commonwealth to join a coalition to “identify and study the local problems caused by illegal immigration.â€
