An anonymous envelope mailed to Utah law enforcement and news outlets Monday contained a list of more than 1,300 people accused of being undocumented immigrants.

The list includes their birth dates, telephone numbers and addresses. In a few cases, the list also included Social Security numbers and employers. Almost every surname is Latino.

Also inside was an unsigned letter, dated April 4, from a group calling itself “Concerned Citizens of the United Statesâ€

In many cases they don't steal them, at least not from an American citizen.

How can they do this:

ANSWER: Their anchor babies EACH get their own social security numbers.

VIOLA! They play our system like a fiddle.

A spokeswoman for ICE, Virginia Kice, confirmed the agency received the list. She did not know whether the data is accurate and declined to say whether ICE plans to act. She said ICE has a policy of targeting dangerous immigrants first.

Translation: Obama has ordered ICE to disobey the existing immigration laws established by Congress and to only take action after an American has been killed, mauled, or raped by an illegal alien.

Exactly. And this is the same approach ICE will use with Arizona and SB1070.

As you know, SB1070 is set to be ruled on by a Federal District Judge in Phoenix next week. All the judge has to say is that SB1070 is already provided for in federal law.

Then, it will go to the USSC.

I have my doubts SB1070 will be allowed to go forward on the 29th. Obama is using every possible amnesty ally he can muster to kill it.

The ruling won't come next week. She is hearing arguements next week and has set no date for her ruling.
