Denver University Panel To Study Immigration
DENVER (AP) ― The University of Denver says its Strategic Issues Program will focus on immigration next year and make recommendations on issues ranging from illegal immigration to the impact of immigration on the economy.

Chancellor Robert Coombe said Friday immigration is one of the top issues facing the state, and solutions will require a consensus from community and political leaders.

Study participants include former state Agriculture Secretary Don Ament, former state Sen. Polly Baca, Durango Herald publisher Richard Ballantine and Miller Coors Brewing Co. executive Pete Coors.

They will begin work in January and issue a report at the end of next year.

The Strategic Issues Program investigates major problems facing the state. Past topics include the economy, water and constitutional reform.

I know Coors is conservative, but the rest of em draw a blank for me?

Depending on the views of the people running this program will indicate results before they even start.

Do we know anything about these people? Could we provide polls and news stats and stories to help show that enforcement is the only way?

Trouble is, most of the schools in the Denver area are nesting grounds for socialist commie pinko ideologies. I don't trust any of them to educate my kids let alone perform a study of this magnitude.

It sounds like Hispanics and the pro-illegal people who are doing the study, and you know how that goes.
