    U-visa might take a U-turn

A police report that Patricia Martinez keeps folded in a large Ziploc Ziplock bag tells some of the story she wants to forget.

A man, it states, walked into the small travel agency in Los Angeles where she worked, chatted her up, then grabbed her arm and thrust her against a wall, fondling her breasts and trying to disrobe her.

More than eight years later, in the living room of her San Antonio home, Martinez, now 27, could still recall his face, disheveled hair and ragged clothing. He was larger than her and stronger, she said. The struggle seemed to last hours. Then he fled and she sank to the floor and wept, more from her feelings of impotence than anything else.

Martinez, a petite woman with short, brown hair from Monterrey, Mexico, was living in the United States illegally. when the assault occurred on Dec. 28, 2002.To call police seemed “well, illogical,â€

Is it just me or is this woman full of it?

She remembers how stunned she was to see Los Angeles police rush to respond to her report of the assault. They even searched the streets for her attacker with dogs and a helicopter but were unable to find him.
    Maybe cause it didn't happen.

[quote]Months later, Martinez nervously picked him out of a photo lineup. She hadn't even wanted to go to the station, she recalled.

“I was afraid he would come back one day to finish what he started,â€

Most of the 5,825 U-visas granted in 2009 and 10,073 in 2010, have stemmed from domestic violence cases, according to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
I suppose it would be asking too much to just deport them.

So in ONE year, the number of U-visas granted basically doubled! Looks like the illegal invaders have found a loophole and they are going to take full advantage! These people come from a culture of violence, not to mention living in filthy barrios where machismo is the rule of the day. You think their might be some crime going on there?

The U-visa is nothing but another sham on behalf of this government to find yet another way to allow in as many illegal invaders as they possibly can under the guise of legitimacy before the American people. Another SCAM by or own government in which invaders will take full advantage of.

How much you want to bet these so called “victimsâ€

Its just another loophole that the latinos are going to exploit to keep their illegals here.
