Nearly 20 percent of illegal immigrants placed in a highly-touted Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP), failed to appear in court on deportation orders.


The program which allows those caught in the U.S. illegally, to remain under the guise they will appear in court at a later date on deportation charges suffers many red herrings.


“This data is not surprising. Individuals who broke our laws to come here illegally in the first place will not automatically comply with our laws after they are caught and ordered to leave,â€

When you catch a fish, you can't just put it back in the water and think it's going to stick around for you to grab it again.

Much to the chagrin of this administration i'm sure . Didn't aunt Zunie ( Obama's illegal invader aunt who ignored an order of deportation and has found sanctuary now that her newphew is POTUS) do the same thing?

Homeland Security is run by ignorant morons if they think illegal aliens are going to show up in court for deportations.

I have to question our court system on these cases. Kind of wonder if some judges look at a defendant--you have such honest eyes, and all nine of your anchor kids will miss you terribly, so go home and show up in a couple years for your deportation hearing. I understand judges expressing humanity toward everyone, but that should not be a factor of their ruling, when there is a proven lawbreaker standing in front. Law should come first and that law should consider also the American citizen that has been harmed by the illegal's being in this country without permission, especially in the job market.
