Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff Tuesday said he wants to work with Congress on legislation that would place sanctions on countries that refuse to take back citizens who are in the United States illegally. Presidential Executive order to appropriate assets of countries that will not take back deportees---- in order to pay for costs of detaining them pending deportation.
Presidential Executive order suspending visa issuance to nationals of countries that will not accept deportees.
Put them on airplanes and send them back to China. If they will not get off the planes, then cripple the planes and leave them on the tarmac. Eventually the people will get off.
Appropriate Chinese assets in the U.S. to pay for the planes.
Presidential Executive Order banning LEGAL immigration from China until they accept back their deportees.
