“The most conservative numbers in California is that it costs us up to $11 billion dollars to provide social services to illegal immigrants," Donnelly said in a phone interview.

Part of the solution, he says, is bill AB 26.

With the latest census report, there are now an estimated 50 million hispanics in the USA. Don't tell me a majority of them are not cashing the welfare checks for their anchors!

But some argue the bill doesn’t stand a chance.

Yep ... "One bill gill" Is the absolute worst elected representative In California. Him and Gutierrez should just take out a full page ad In U.S.A Today and make "the official" announcement to the world that they are IN FACT,RACISTS that only care about THEIR RACE. NOBODY ELSE MATTERS To them If you not brown, your just a clown. And they could care less whether or not that you are legally In the country. These guys are laughing at all of the other races while shoving their "reconquista" agenda down the UNITED STATES CITIZENS throats. Both of them are truly disgusting Individuals.... TS
